Aurum Rx US Domestic UGL Busted by Feds

Without telling to much, can u say where that info came from?

Never mind, saw it on the news

And where did you find info that Kyle Roop snitched on his Arkansas cousin? The news reports suggest it was the other way around:

"He admits to us that he's part of an operation with his cousin. His cousin is named Kyle Roop. Kyle Roop and him engaged in an enterprise together. Kyle Roop would actually order steroids from either China or Thailand. He would ship the steroids to his cousin here in Pea Rridge, and then subsequently Kyle would inform McDaniel where he needed those packages to be sent," Lisenbee said.

Roop would pay McDaniel $350 in exchange for every packaged shipped.

Roop was recently arrested in Louisiana for distributing steroids involved in an undercover operation.

"Roop gave him the opportunity to make some extra money, it just didn't work out the way McDaniel wanted to, because he was started to get paid in Bitcoin and it prevented him from using the money from where he wanted to use it," Lisenbee said.

That's when McDaniel came clean saying his cousin, Kyle Roop of Louisiana, was paying him for every package he was receiving and shipping somewhere else.

“He knew what was in the package and what the system was and he was paid a fee from his cousin to distribute the package of steroids from Pea Ridge to any location Kyle Roop would disclose to him,” Sgt. Michael Lisenbee said.

I believe he snitched on his cousin because if you watch the news feed they show Kyle already in his stripes. When they busted him they showed his driver license photo. Plus it doesnt make sense. Said homeland security tipped of local police about a pack and police went to ask them about it? When did they start that? If he was busted first why wasn't a controlled delivery set up?

I am still baffled about why so many members are reluctant to post links that can provide useful and helpful information????

We try not to draw too much attention to ourselves for fear of making you angry... I don't know if you know but, it's quite frightening when you lose your temper. :)

In all seriousness, the link posting thing is a vastly misunderstood subject on meso I think. It's frowned upon in the underground, for understandable reasons, but no one really understands why and thus they begin to think it applies to simple articles. Not everyone understands how to code links, even though 90% of the time it's not needed anyways, so I think a lot of guys just try to avoid it.

That's just my assumption, maybe some guys have their own reasons for thinking less information posted is a good thing... There were a few threads a while back that members insisted on "letting die" for reasons I still don't really understand either. The link posting, coding links, etc is like a taboo thing that a lot of guys don't really understand the reasoning of.

Personally, these threads with all the solid information being posted up is what makes meso THE board for AAS. Hesitation to post up information is a little bit irritating for me because it's the antithesis of why I came here, but I think some guys don't really even understand why they're hesitant to post.

Or, like I said, they're scared to see your angry side, Millard....

I didn’t say he snitched on him. I didn’t say anyone snitched on anyone? But yes his cousin snitched on Kyle by the looks of the article

Kyle was arrested on the 20th his cousin was visited by police on the 5th

If you post a link and someone googles about the steroid bust, then this forum comes up. That’s why I just tell people to google it and see the actual news article and not see this thread on the google links. Might not make any difference but that’s why I dont

It's actually a rule in some forums, to not post links that lead to other forums.

You don't post links because you don't want Google sending people to MESO? Whaaaat??

I guess I shouldn't be surprised by this, by now, but I am still always a little surprised at how many of these result in OTHER drugs being found at the residence.

They found methamphetamine and weed (I barely consider weed a drug at this point, but I digress) at the apartment.

Again, I shouldn't be surprised at this point since it happens more times than not with these busts, but I still am. I guess though when you are getting away with what you think you are getting away with, you get careless and sloppy with what you are dealing in and handling.

I think this was ppl raw remailer in Arkansas. 1 it says he was mailing powder packs and 2 he was getting 350 per pack. I have heard ppl charges 350 for his remailer fee. Just my opinion

1 It was actually Homeland Security the one who sent the alert to the PD
'Pea Ridge PD received word from Homeland Security that a suspicious package addressed to a Pea Ridge apartment was intercepted ...'

2 Why an airport and not sea freight?
They must have ran out of stock and need the shipment ASAP
'...was intercepted at LaGuardia airport.'

3 9-11 eve? security is at it's highest on that day, in case terrorists decide to celebrate their only major hit in American soil
'On September 10, Pea Ridge PD received word from Homeland Security that a suspicious package...'

4 $200k worth of gear?
assuming and average of $2000 per kilo, that was 100 Kg+ of powders, sent by plane
'The package contained over $200,000 worth of steroids and was addressed to...'

5 Even LE knows something doesn't add up = nobody can be that stupid.
"Some of it just didn't add up," Lisenbee said.'

6 They sent a similar package about a week ago
'...what they found was a similar package addressed to the same person as the one intercepted at LaGuardia a week and a half before.'

7 Maybe I wasn't supposed to say it, but not a good stealth as food packages don't justify any powders inside them.
'Inside the package was four smaller packages, all resembling food. Two of them contained a white powder substance...'

8 Thailand?
'...would actually order steroids from either China or Thailand'

9 $350 for handling 100 Kg of illegal substances?
'...would pay McDaniel $350 in exchange for every packaged shipped.'

10 He'd go down one way or another
' ...Roop was recently arrested in Louisiana for distributing steroids involved in an undercover operation.'

11 Not only a huge risk for just $350, but he also has to figure out how to cash out from Bitcoin?
'....gave him the opportunity to make some extra money, it just didn't work out the way McDaniel wanted to, because he was started to get paid in Bitcoin and it prevented him from using the money from where he wanted to use it,'
