So you're saying those bags are good to be oven dried after autoclave? You can do it all in those bags. I do the vials in plastic trays so they can be filled and assembled with minimal touching. And it doesn't matter how clean everything is sterile and clean are two very different things. Covering yourself properly is the biggest factor.
Lab oven at like 60 to 100°C not the oven you cook in.So you're saying those bags are good to be oven dried after autoclave?
What about using a pressure cooker instead of an autoclave?
Brother, if you don't mind me asking what kind of autoclave do you have? Does it have a drying function, and if not, does it leave the filter funnel damp or wet after the cycle?I stick a few in autoclave bags with a set of forceps so its together when I open it. Remember the outside of the bags isn't sterile. I got a UVC/Ozone sterilizer I stage all the wrapped and bags in while I clean the hood so less chance of surface contamination when I put those inside the sterile zone.
No drying function those are all too small meant for dental work . Constant temperature oven next to it to dry everything. Only sterilize wrapped or sealed in bag items. So they stay sterile drying. Also the oven is in B-zone of my makeshift layered clean room. These are not expensive and work well.Brother, if you don't mind me asking what kind of autoclave do you have?
