Average Gains for Deca?

I've read that Deca gives slow, quality gains but I was wondering if anyone could guestimate average mass? I know it will vary from person to person based on their body chemistry, equilibrium body mass and so forth, but I'm still curious about what sort of average gains one might get.
Assume the user is 180lbs, 15%bf, no previous anabolic steroid use. Good diet, gets 8-10 hours of sleep almost every night. Has done about a year of heavy weight training, has gained some but not a lot. 2mg/lb (360mg/week) of Deca is used in a cycle. About what would you expect the 'average' gain to be?

Second question: If 400mg/week were added to the Deca cycle, what would one expect to gain then?

I understand these questions can't be answered with arithmetic precision, but I was curious about the average gains to be expected in that sort of situation.

first of all, it really depends on diet, training, genetics, and a bunch of other shit... so really hard to say.
and secondly, what are you going to be taking with it? deca alone is a big no no if you ever want to get your dick hard in the next few months. you need to throw in some test or dbol bro

I know that, but I was wondering if there was any sort of 'average' for a beginner.

ok cool... well as long as the training/diet are right on, id say the average gain is about 20-25lbs for a cycle like this if its your first. you are going to be holding a lot of water with the test/deca though, so with proper pct you will probably keep about 15lbs.

but seriously though bro, you wont know till you try... just remember that you are asking some dude on the internet who has never even seen/met you about how much muscle you are going to gain on a cycle... kinda funny aint it?

I've gotten seven pounds in five days, I'd say at least half of which is muscle (judging from my relative fat and strength gains). I'm not my natural max, so my gains are going to be higher, but I'd rather spend eight weeks getting to or near my genetic maximum and working hard to maintain than spend three years getting there. This is, for me, a vanity thing.
