MESO-Rx Sponsor Axle Labs - US Domestic

That's the gist of it. I'm trying to determine why the DHB I received is so damn yellow. @Axle Labs sold it as MCT oil. Even the picture of the DHB on their website shows a crystal clear liquid yet the product I received is an almost neon yellow.

Axle appears to have gone dark. Not answering emails and site(s) are down for "restocking and brewing" purposes. So now I'm even hesitant to send it off for testing since I can't be sure I'll be credited for it.

we cannot tell in advance if the GCMS test would provide you with the information why the oil is rancid since we'd need to know for which compound we should be looking for.

The test may find the compound that is causing it, but as I wrote you above, we'd need to know what to look for.

However, the GCMS test would provide you with more information about the sample overall so I'd definitely recommend you this test.

I was checking out the website.
It looks like the last test for DHB was in 2024.

GCMS won't tell you if it's rancid or not, it will however show if its gso/mct and if its contaminated with something that's yellow (maybe tren or something else)
 
I don't see anyone casting blame. Just looking for answers to which Axle has yet to respond. Going dark when you have product in transit (or at all really) isn't exactly great customer service.
For sure, Axle has been great.

A lot of the recent events could be as simple as GSO was used instead of MCT. Maybe there was a carrier oil miscommunication???
 
The going dark on people worries me. I’m owed 6 vials of Primo Test that he says he will ship in a couple weeks. I don’t want to test my EQ just yet as if there are issues, I already have thrown enough money down this hole if he doesn’t come through. I’d rather wait to see if I get what I’m owed and then test the vials of horse glue as delivering the rest of the order would restore some confidence.

This was my first time shopping with him. Pretty bad first impression. Even if the EQ is EQ, the amount of disparity between colors and crashed gear we received and what we are used to from other vendors leads me to conclude his products are just inferior.
 
Doesn't need bb, it's usually added at high concentrations to thin the oil out. This vendor might however have a batch of EQ that's different so who knows.

It's already a liquid at a highly concentrated state (raw).
Yes of course! What I was getting at is if it’s high concentration and nothing to prevent it from gelling up then this will definitely occur. Hence why I always compound my EQ 300mg with 12% BB to help thin the oil and to make sure it doesn’t Gel up when temperature during transit isn’t playing out well lol
 
Made an order for Test and EQ on 10/28. Received an email saying my order was received and being processed (funds sent). Never got shipping and saw you closed down shortly after. Tried emailing support twice to make sure everything was still good and no response. Can I get some confirmation that this is still being sent?
