b12 inj

I like IM, i have no problems when going IM

when i go SC i somtimes get a little more swellin, or a red lump

just my 2 cc's

anyone know how long a sc inj stays in the body active compared to an im inj-- this would tell me how often and help with how much-- 5000mcg a weeh may be heavy no?

I don't know the relative diffusion times, but many people do 1000mcgs/day for weeks on end. You can't OD on B12, and it's really cheap. IM is still better IMO.
 
For people who lack the intrinsic factor to produce b-12 they are prescribed 1000mcg q month.1000mcg a week is surely plenty and 1000mcg everyday is a ridiculous overkill.Should be admin. IM.

Why do you say it should be administered IM?? B12 can be injected SubQ, IM, and even IV (not sure why anybody would want to do IV, but it is possible). This is straight off the bottle, BTW.

B12 is cheaper than water, and there's nothing to suggest that 500-1000mcgs/day is overkill. Just because sedentary people are prescribed Xmcg/week doesn't mean anything to a BBer. We're using it to increase appetite and for an energy boost not for simple maintenance. 500mcgs ED is plenty IMO, but many do 1000mcgs. The excess isn't at all harmful, and like I said, it's so cheap.
 
cheap it maybe, but i dont see the point in throwing money away!

plus I get mine from scipt. -- so even though insurance pay and it only cost me 7 bucks i cant tell my dock im doin 1000mcg ed-- so i have to choices -- either save it up for opritune time and take alot or take the 1000mcg a week that the doctor recommends--

If 500 ed is best while stacking or just after cycle to help keep appitite then thats what i want to do - but if its a waiste and i can take it all year long at 1000 weekly and have better benifits from longer use - then thats what i will do - so wich is it i wonder

you'll need to find out for yourself what's best, but to assume you're wasting it isn't very scientific. You'll notice the difference in effects up to a certain dose. At that point, I'd assume you'd be topping out.
 
I said IM just due to better absorbtion. I agree it is cheap and I also agree you can't overdose on the stuff....however anything more than your body can use IS wasted. If you don't have pernicious anemia then your body is producing to cover your needs. If 1000mcgs is enough to cover a person who does'nt produce it for a FULL month then that amount supplemented once a month is plenty.1000mcgs a week is more than sufficient to get the effects of increased appetite and/or energy. Everyday injects of b12..........that's just funny as hell.

You won't feel the same effects from 1000mcgs/wk that you will from 500/day. I can guarantee you that. 1000mcgs/wk may be enough to suit your "needs" but not nearly enough to suit your wants. Your natural 7-10mg/day of test is enough to suit your "needs" too, if you know what I mean. The increased appetite from B12 is great, and the energy is a plus. ED B12 injections are only reasonable because they are mixed with gear that is injected ED anyway. My point is that you have no idea how much the body CAN use, so to say that Xmcgs is a waste is nothing more than a guess.
 
I did 1000 e3d when I first started...and played around with it...I really do feel more hungry when I jab 1000mcg ED...dont knock it till you try it :-) ...

I can guarantee you i do feel the same effects.....I am aware that people use it to "cut" their gear so in that instance go for it. You have no point.....I do have an idea....The body secretes 5-7mcgs a day for it's use and REabsorbs most of this. An adult requires approx. 2mcgs a day.Your liver stores approx 3000mcgs and it would take an adult 3 years without b12 production to use up the stored b12 and start to show signs of anemia.If you are at your storage capacity and producing b12 which is a vitamin then it does'nt take a genious to know where the extra goes......(FLUSH)
 
ok ok- lates say that 1000mcg a week is more than sufficient for a normal person-- assuming a juice head absorbs more vitamins that a normal person it feels fair to say that 2000mcg a week should certainly do the trick! thats what im going with -- thank you guys for info -- really helped alot --

one more thing -- you sayed cutting gear with b 12 -- is that to take the burn out of the ip gear? can you cocktail b12 with oil based tes? isnt b12 more like water than oil (i assume because its so thin)
