B12?

hey everyone i was just wanting to know if b12 shots hurt. What dosages do you take a week and how frequently. Sorry i really dont have time to do much research right now because im at a friends computer. mines in the shop. thanks for the info.

No they are not painful but you will get 1000 different opinions on how much to take and how often. 1000mcg a week is more than enough.But you will have people say they use that ED, EOD 2 a week whatever.....overkill. People who lack the intrinsic factor to produce it only get supplemented with 1000mcg a month so you figure out what you're comfortable with....by the way to much won't hurt ya so stick away.

I take b12 complex @ 1000mcg's a couple of times a week, as far as pain b12 is painless, but b12 complex stings going in, but works better.

The b12 complex @ 1000mcg's once a week seems to do the trick here. Cinn is right about the complex having some pain when injected but only for a few seconds.
