Been a while since I been on forums and in the gym. Did bodybuilding comps in my late 30s early 40s after retiring from the military. Competed in the natural shows at 198. Then put on some mass and off-season got up to 275 with a little fluff. Doing that with just trt dosage as my natural test was and still is in the low 200s. Also ran a few weeks of tren but that was it. I am lucky and can gain muscle easy but also unlucky in that I can pack on fat if not carefull. Then took 10yrs away from it all dealing with PTSD. Now in my 50s fat as scrap but luckily getting some weight off and muscle memory back. I figured I am gonna get back in shape and stick with it and see how big I can get this time running cycles but I only use lower doses. I figure less is more and let things work slow and steady. I have a full home gym and working on adding more machines since I am getting older and want to save some wear and tear on the joints and to make workouts a bit simpler in routine.
