First post here on Meso haha. I've been around the forums for a long while, just reading and getting a few laughs but finally decided I would create an account lol.
I decided maybe I would try doing a cycle log, and I'm sure y'all wouldn't mind having some toilet material during the day haha.
I've been planning a cycle and now i'm just waiting for it to get here. As you may have read this won't be my first cycle, the compounds I have experience with are as follows;
Test E, Test Prop, Deca, Tren Ace, Masteron, Dbol, and Winstrol
With Deca and Tren I've always run Caber .5mg/wk just to be safe and I believe in the low tests dose when using Tren or Deca so as to reduce side effects and it's worked wonderfully for me so I stick with it. I always run an AI typically Aromasin EOD on cycle and I use Nolva and Clomid for PCT I also get blood work before cycle, During to check gear quality and 2 months after PCT, through out the year especially on cycle i supplement with NAC, Milk thistle, DIM and CoQ10
Cycle
Test E: 250mg/wk weeks 1-10
Tren E: 400mg/wk weeks 1-10
Dbol: 40mg ED weeks 6-10
Aromasin: weeks 1-12
Caber: 1mg/wk weeks 1-10
I prefer a good oral near the end of the cycle whenever results start to slow down so by adding in an oral it keeps things rolling, just means during the first few weeks while you wait for it to kick in you just gotta focus and stay patient. I usually start to feel it kick in during the end of the second week. On cycle compared to off cycle intensity in the gym never changes the only thing that does is the weight on the bar
Im going to be eating as clean as I can while eating above my maintenance level. My meals consist of Oats, egg whites and two whole eggs for breakfast, Protein shake with peanut butter for a snack, 8oz chicken breast with spinach for lunch, Lean steak/90% lean ground beef and 7oz sweet potato as my midafternoon pre workout meal, post workout I eat Salmon with a 1/2 cup of white rice and another protein shake a peanut butter before bed.
im expecting about 12-15lbs lean mass gain while packing on some strength.
