I decided to go back on blast after only 14 weeks. I was cruising on 200 mg of test e. I planned on waiting until mid September to start another cycle but it's already in play now since I just started week two. I swore off tren over a year ago but decided to give another go.
Here's the layout
8-9 week cycle

MAST P @ 600-800mg

As for the pinched nerve I haven't had it looked at yet. The problem started a few weeks ago on the right side of my upper back just below my trap. The pain crosses straight over to my upper right pec below my collar bone. Then it travels down my right arm which has been CRAZY pumped since since the injury. The scary part is my whole arm goes numb and my fingers go completely pins and needles off and on throughout the day. I've been using foam rollers and tennis balls to massage the area. Its painful but feels really good at the same time. Do you guys have any advice other than what I'm doing?
I'm sure a professional deep tissue massage couldn't hurt!
I don't want throw the towel in on this blast quite yet. Opinions??

Pain starts right behind your heart and radiates down into your arm? How is your blood pressure? I dont blast with as much gear as you, my nerve probs are felt like a burning wire running down my arm. I assume a pinched, impinged nerve as well. Might want to go see the DOC

Ha nothing wrong with my heart or my Bp.
At least not yet. o_O Just wanted to see if anybody else has had this same type of injury.
My issue isn't severe pain. I can still lift and and my strength is still good. I am just really weary of going real heavy and making it worse. So no heavy bent over rows or barbell shoulder presses for the time being.
Tren sides are creeping!

I would avoid shrugs also bro. I used to get the same pain every few months for a week or two. Heavy shrugs always seemed to be the culprit. Deep tissue massage was the only thing that helped me. Have your wife or girl massage the crap out of that spot. It should help. Like you stated. Avoid exercises that may aggravate it. Good luck.

I had pinched nerves, the electrical tingles running down the right arm, shooting into thumb and index finger. Also electric tingles in my right armpit during the transition spot when doing overhead DB presses.

Deep tissue upper back and neck massage has helped.

Biggest improvement from working *one arm* off center presses, standing DB OHP and standing inverted kettlebell presses, also OHP.

Flat bench one arm presses too.

I've also worked on shoulder mobility in general, and all of the above has gotten my right shoulder to feel pretty good. I can do deep and clean standing BTN BB presses with 1 plate for reps now, no pain.

Finally, changed to a new, softer, mattress - I think that helped a bit as well.

Good luck.

Hey nuff thanks to everyone that took there time to share there experiences. It definitely sounds like a pinched nerve.
It's not really bothering me while I'm at the gym. Right now I'm having the most issues when sleeping. Maybe it's the way my neck is angled on my pillow. For some reason It's really bad when I try to sleep in my side.
I'm having better luck laying flat on my back.
I've also been working on better posture when sitting, which seems to also help.
This is just becoming annoying now.

Get a hammer and bang it twice a day for 2-3 minutes or until you notice enough blood flow on the area and tenderness. Just smash it lightly and called a deep tissue massage.

I cured tendonitis on both biceps this way after suffering it for almost a year.

GET THAT BLOOD IN THERE and the signal to repair with a F#KING HAMMER.

THANK ME LATER

Good idea. Although a rubber mallet might be more suitable.

I herniated 2 discs in my upper cervical vertebrae 2 years ago...shoulder and left arm/hand went numb numerous times a day for 6 months...left arm and lat atrophied horribly...i could not curl an empty bar...it.eventually went away...chiropractor and massage therapist made it worse...roll around on a tennis ball...use heat...cross your fingers.........kvh
