This sums it up better than I could. TLDR, what I am guessing you are asking if you didn't get deep enough into the muscle and injected some in the subq/fat. It will all still get absorbed the same. Just a bit slower and it may swell and get irritated a bit.

Doesn’t matter literally unless you somehow ingested it orally when it is meant to be injected, the gear will always get into your blood. I’m guessing you meant if you inject into a vein or artery you could get oil embolism if you inject a lot more than a ml or an air embolism if your retarted and have air in the syringe. As for injecting in the vein or artery accidentally no you didn’t lose the gear.

I thought either this or when a little oil exits your body when you pull out the syringe, in which case I think it looks like way more than it is

That is, I doubt it's even 10% although it looks like all is lost
