Balancing weights and fighting

Question for all my mma and bjj guys out there- how the fuck do you all balance weights and training? I’ve been running John meadows programs along with training 4-5x a week jitz/mma and also doing liss on the side. As you can probably imagine, for the past year I’ve basically just been hopping from injury to injury. I’ve watched the RP and juggernaut videos about balancing weights and bjj, but I’m curious what YOUR specific training looks like. The consensus seems to be low volume strength work is the best thing to pair with training, but I also want to look as huge and juicy as possible.
