I'll do 3 sets of dumbell press 15x70's 10x80's 5x90's at a 201 pace
3 sets incline press 15x65's 10x75's 5x85's at 102 pace
4 sets cable flies(dont have my weight book on me) 10,8,6,4 at 602
4 sets machined flies 16,12,8,6 404 (slow relaxed burnout)
then as many pushups as i can do.

I've been doing now 2 sets, 1 being low weight 15 reps, and then 80% of max for 10-12.
My Dumbell bench has gone up 5 pds each hand in 6 weeks.

I also have a VERY small skeletal frame, my wrists are so tiny you can wrap your fingers around them.

It sucks not being able to gain. I did so well for years, only 2 short cycles along the way to give me a push. I just can't gain naturally like most people can. I eat so much all the time, rest well, and can lift a lot of weight at the gym, but i dont have the size to back it up
 
It sounds to me like your doing to much. Forget the pumping and burning sets,all they are going to do for you is use up calories. Concentrate on heavy compound movements like squats,deadlifts,and bench. They will give you more muscle and nervous system stimulation in a shorter timeframe. I am an ectomorph as well,and i am currently training with a modified powerlifting routine. I'm sure many here have much more experience than i do,but i think this will work for you. I don't waste my time with drop sets or supersets. I am concentrating on explosive(as fast as i can go with the heavy weight)reps with a 4sec or so negative. I also use dumbells for bench. I'm using 80lbers right now. It won't hurt for me to get 90s or 100s but money is tight,so i'm working with what i have.

I just started after more than 2yrs off,so i don't have a routine written down. I just basically do 6-8 reps for deads,squats,and bench. I used to use alot of dropsets and supersets in my routine,because of endurance,but i noticed more muscle gain with a lower rep heavier weight routine. I think it's best to focus on heavier weight for our body type,because we really don't have to worry about fat gain. Endomorphs have a more efficient metabolism and therefore hold more fat,so drop sets and supersets are great for them. I think if you just took out the lighter weight,you'll be fine. 6,000 cal should be more than enough for you.... 90 lb dumbells for 5 reps? I don't think that's bad.... Bad for what? :) Don't compair your strength to someone elses. As long as you see your strength going up,that's all that matters

Champion, I forgot to tell you that if you are after vascularity and hardness, EQ at about 600mg/week would be a better choice for that than deca. And since you are a hardgainer, the EQ will also help to increase the appetite so you can eat more. I use EQ in every cycle, and always will... I love it.

As far as the hardness goes, that has alot to do with having low bodyfat. So you need to eat properly to obtain hardness. You also need to be sure you are taking anti-estrogens to keep from gaining bodyfat and retaining water. Just as with the other products you have, you also don't have enough Nolva for a cycle... 30 tabs will only last about a month, depending on whether you use 10 or 20mg/day. At any rate, you need more of that too.

I was hoping some jackass would say something stupid. I dont know what it is, the more i eat, the more i sweat. I have a hyperthyroid condition though, as i stated in another post, which is why the doc said i cant gain weight.

Thanks to juicecraven too. I'll take that advice on board. However i object to the insinuation that i was bull-shitting about my bodyfat and lying about declaring the roids i brought back. Not sure what the regulations are in your part of the world, but its no crime to DECLARE something down under. I actually declared some xenadrine (the old stuff with ma huang in it) which was confiscated. Your guess is as good as mine as to why the fellow allowed me to keep the gear. And also, i think its erroneous to assume that i dont know how to train properly (or measure bodyfat) simply because my roid knowledge isnt up to scratch ... after all, i came here to get better informed. That aside, thanks heaps for your input - its much appreciated.

Just one final query, there is no expiry date on the any of the gear ive got. Given that i'm gonna need to get my hands on some more gear down the track, is there much danger of this stuff going past its expiry date? is it a problem if it does?

Wow, and AS are not known for making people sweat more than usual. Good thing you're choosing the less sweaty route. :rolleyes: And, of course, it's a wonderful thing that AS can make muscles materialize out of thin air even when the appropriate amount of calories are not consumed. That's a good thing for you, huh? I mean, if you take steroids, you'll magically grow and you won't even have to worry about eating anymore. Congratulations, you just solved your problems. LMAO

i'm 6'3, 24years old, weigh 210 pounds at 7% bodyfat. Been lifting seriously for 4 years.
