^^yes should have mentioned that. I do dips instead of decline and also use the cables. Big fan of cables for crossing midpoint for full development. I used to be very shoulder dominant back in the day when I didnt know what I was doing. Now iv taken a step back, lowered the weight and really focused on form and technique. World of a difference.
