I have some elevated levels with my eos, creatinine, and alkaline. I'm 29 years old been thinking of doing a low dose of test but want to get everything straightened out before I do.
I don't drink as much water as I should (maybe reason for elevated creatinine?). My diet recently isn't what it was a couple months ago. It's not awful but I have a had a bad sweet tooth lately. I can be better with it. I train 5 days a week doing crossfit workouts with strength training involved as well. It's not your typical 1 hour class wod. I train for 1.5 to 2 hours daily.
I have had 1/3 of my kidney removed due to a cancerous cyst being removed and have been clear for 5+ years now. I have been sick a couple times this winter with sinus infections with most recent being about a month ago (possibly why eos is high?). I started coughing a lot when I was sick and still cough especially after working out which could be exercise induced asthma which I'm going to be seeing my dr about. No clue what could cause alkaline to be high. I do drink but not much.
I think that covers everything.
Any input with the bloods I'd appreciate.
