input on low dose tren run

wuddup guys! recently decided im finally gonna jump on the tren train! ALL ABOARD CHOOO CHOOOO! or in this case COUGH COUGH!!!! (get it cuz of tren cough??bahahaha somebody better fucking laugh at that!)

anyways i have been on test c 250 per week for about 5 weeks. plan is to stay on the same dose of test for another 15 weeks so ill cap it off at 20 weeks. i am thinking of throwing in tren ace around 30-40mg eod probably from week 12-18. figure id stay on the test for an extra couple weeks so im not coming off everything all together. anybody have any input on running tren ace this low? it ends up being around 120-160mg per week. i would appreciate anybodys experience with tren to tell me if this is too low of a dose or if i should pin ed rather than eod and if im good with having my test at 250 still during all this. i am on a cut btw just so everyone is aware of what im doing with it. thanks for the repies guys!
 
Yes exactly! It is a godsend for sleep. The only med that gives me good sleep. It’s tough to sleep without it though. I’m hoping on getting off of it after this cycle
It is affecting cardio also...a lot.
Do you have any sweets cravings from it?...I was sleeping with the jars of Nutella under my bed.
It's no easy to get off...
 
I find protein shakes are pretty good for any cravings I get. 2 scoops chocolate protein powder + milk + peanut butter. Ends up tasting like chocolate milk (with peanut butter obviously).

Not sure if this will work for you, but It's really about controlling dopamine, and trying to avoid using food as a means to satisfy dopamine, and rather use it for functional (nutritional) purposes, atleast within the context of bodybuilding.
 
I am very curious about how would go tren with an extrem caloric deficit...like in the case of using some serious appetite suppressant....???
Would this approach have less sides on the lipids panel and all sides in general?

Tren is probably the most powerful anti-catabolic AAS out there, and will preserve a lot of muscle in a severe calorie deficit (can't give u a % of muscle retained as it depends on the calorie deficit, individual response, other compounds in the cycle, etc.). It also pairs well with appetite suppressants like semaglutide or tirzepatide.

It will be harsh on the lipids. Tren is harsh on the lipids. There's no way around that

its day 15 and have def noticed some changes in the mirror. only sides ive faced so far is the excessive sweating and i noticed i am more irritable than normal. no night sweats or trensomnia though thankfully. i am trying to lose around 4% more bodyfat hopefully in the next 5 weeks. im in 400-600 calorie deficit. strength is still there. quick question do you think it will be fine to throw in like 40mcg of clen to assist with the fat loss? have a bunch of this stuff

Sounds like you're tolerating it well, the lower dose probably helps with this. Glad you're not getting horrible sides though. With tren I wake up and notice changes nearly everyday, it's actually kind of wild.

But yeah clen would probably be fine. Just start at 20mcg though, then maybe every 3 days you can increase it by 20mcg. Don't go over 100mcg. Definitely don't start at 40mcg, you'll probably get heart palpitations. Also wouldn't reccomend stimulants if you're running clen, would be very easy to overdo it. yeah def no stims with clen lol seen what happened to zyzz. and yes i was thinking start at 20mcg then increase it up to 100 max. thank you!

Hey brother. Cycle is going really well! I’ve been on 250mg test c weekly for about 13 weeks. I’ve been on 40mg tren ace ed for around 5 weeks I believe now. Started off with 20mg ed and upped it to 40mg daily. Not many sides at all honestly besides a lot of sweating and I noticed my temper is a bit more volatile than normal. Sex drive has been through the roof throughout the whole cycle. I have def enjoyed my first tren run. Pinning ed I think is a great way to go about it. So far from this cut I have dropped 24lbs so far. I started at a much higher bodyfat than I thought I was at. In the last phase of my cut so I’m legit eating like 1600 cals a day which is rough as hell. But shockingly even though I’m in such a low deficit my strength I feel has been going up still which is crazy to me. Also am maintaining the kind of fullness u would on a bulk all carbed up which is nuts!!!! Have been taking 100mcg clen for a few weeks now and I think it’s doing alright. Def sweat more with the clen. Overall it has been a success and I am hoping to run tren again in the future.
 
I can run tren for 12 weeks or so at 100mg/week titrating up til about 250mg. No sides at all below 150mg and sides start to kick in around 200mg. I feel amazing for the first 8 weeks or so, happy all the time loads of energy, crazy veins and striations and then I suddenly crash around the 10 week mark. Make sure you get your bloods done if planning to run it for longer than 8 weeks, I’ve never had bad blood work when running it but everyone’s different.
 
mirtazapine is like amitriptyline or trazodone to me. Weak. Doesent put me to sleep well. My brain be thinking about stupid stuff. It does make me sleep in though and groggy.
Lunesta or ambien for me.
This is just my experience with those anti depression drugs.

I’m surprised mitrazapine doesnt put u to sleep well. Have not met anyone that stuff doesn’t work on. The issue for me with it is how fucking hungry it makes me afterwards. Gives me like the weed munchies
