Basicstero and PharmacomStore Bad Service

I am having some pretty significant issues with both basicstero and pharmacomstore right now. I put in two separate orders for basicstero, both of which received payment and the one, that was placed in July still has not been processed even though they have my money. They will not respond to any emails, or wickr messages. The other apparently just shipped, and is taking much longer than last time.

I also ordered 3 vials through pharmacomstore because of this, and it has been well over 10 days and the order still has no tracking number. They responded to an email stating that their carrier is having issues and it's been there the whole time, but not to worry because "my package has bonuses added to it". (which makes no sense because how would it get in the same package if it's been at the carrier this whole time) and now I'm not getting responses.

Has anyone had issues like this before? I'm rather disappointed because I really liked the gear I tried on my first cycle and was blown away by the service. But now I'm thinking I need to go through someone else.

I want to be clear, I am not bashing pharmacom at all as I loved their products. But I am wondering if anyone knows what is going on or why. Thanks guys.

Did you check your pharmacomstore account and spam folder?

As far as the extras they know there is carrier delays so that maybe why they said you have extras. There are many on vacation and also the carrier problems. I'll send you a pm for more sensitive details

Yes I've checked both. And thanks, wish I would've known this before the order. It's been 12 days since my payment was accepted by pharmacomstore and I still have no tracking numbwr

I'm having the same problem. Did your email confirmation say they were extremely busy or whatever?

No it did not and I wish it would have beforehand because I wouldnt have ordered. It said 5-8 days and now it's seems like it's gonna be a month or more

Paid $30 for shipping for "premium service" to find out 10 days later the service isn't even working right now. Some sort of reimbursement needs to go into effect. A blister of orals doesn't make up for the delay

The basicstero crew is out of the shop until September sometime. 9th I Think.
You're probably out of luck until then. I'm guessing they'll give you some kind of bonus, but you'll be waiting, no doubt.

We already have. My avi is from a Robert Jordan series called Wheel of Time. Robert Jordan died before he finished his series and Brandon Sanderson took over to finish the last few books. His avi is from another Brandon Sanderson series called The Stormlight Archive.

I had an issue with the domestic store at BasicStero. I sent the money W/U exactly as directed and they said they couldn't pick it up for some reason. Turned out to be a major PITA getting it back from W/U due to me moving out of state (not their fault). In the end, I cancelled the order with the domestic warehouse and ordered it through the international warehouse and got my shipment with no issues after waiting the normal time for it to ship and clear customs.

I've only dealt with one big lab, and the customer support make it seem like it's a smaller group. Im sure if I go around recommending labs I'll be labeled a shill. I never saw anything wrong with sharing experiences. The only reason I can see it being a problem is if I say "hey bro check out this lab" and you order from them and then you get burned... shitty situation, but as you've experienced it can happen to anyone any time.

You check out the underground? PPL has been giving a lot of people good rapport. That's where I get my Raws from. Seems fine so far.

Every order is confirmed withing 12 hours for me. Never an issue at all.
