Basicstero and PharmacomStore Bad Service

I've only dealt with one big lab, and the customer support make it seem like it's a smaller group. Im sure if I go around recommending labs I'll be labeled a shill. I never saw anything wrong with sharing experiences. The only reason I can see it being a problem is if I say "hey bro check out this lab" and you order from them and then you get burned... shitty situation, but as you've experienced it can happen to anyone any time.

You check out the underground? PPL has been giving a lot of people good rapport. That's where I get my Raws from. Seems fine so far.
Yeah I've found some sources I'm gonna try from there. That's why I love this site. Thanks for the input man

Basicstero still has not confirmed payment on my one order and the other can't be tracked cuz USPS sucks and went down earlier this week. Needless to say I am definitely never ordering from them again.

Pharmacom is going to be at least a 2 week delay according to Vladimir (so all in all well over a month for what was supposed to be a week). Darius reached out to me and I am happy with what he proposed, yet still very frustrated with this whole situation.

If any of you pharmacom reps are reading this you need to let your customers know when your service is going to be shit. Don't advertise something knowing that it is wrong and going to take 5 times what you claim. My whole schedule is now fucked up and no discount or "bonuses" will make up for it.

I will provide a log if this stuff ever comes in and am definitely sending in an amp to get lab tested because I'm angry. If not, I will provide a log from another source I recently ordered from. Sorry for ranting, but I'm sure most of you can understand my frustration

In the nicest way, you should always plan ahead. I ordered a competition package and it didn't get through. Had to go to a backup. You are ordering shit you aren't suppose to have.
Have a backup plan and don't count on a schedule...
Shit does happen when ordering these things.
If you are importing you may get 2 seized packages, not the sources fault. You never really know what is going to happen.

But Hopefully it comes in for you and i'm excited to see the test results of testing it.

You are 100% correct. I'm still new to this, this is only going to be my second cycle. I took it for what it was and trusted what they had advertised and won't make this mistake again. Albeit, I probably won't go through either again after this, but I do understand I should have ordered this months ago now after seeing this mess. But thanks man, I will definitely upload them and I'll try and keep a good log. Gonna be my first go at tren, so pretty excited.

Edit: I have a backup if needed (my roommate has a solid connection) but the pricing is a little high. Will order through him if necessary.

Just don't make that mistake with your PCT. Even the sources with the best customer service encounter delays and issues. It's the nature of ordering this. While not ideal it can't always be avoided.
My PCT once took about 6-8 weeks to get here after a reship, and that was from one of the best sources on here.

Just keep an open mind, PCOM is still my Favorite, so don't close them off just because your order had issues. My GF orders clothes from Hong Kong and I get my shit before her sometimes.

I get pharma pct. Already have it on hand. And if it was just the shipping, ie: got tracking on time I wouldn't mind. But this is an error with the companies. Not responding, sending packages off to be shipped knowing that they will be 4 weeks late with no warning, etc. If I would've received an email stating this right away or before I ordered, I'd be fine with it. The hassle of finding out what is going on and no warning is what angers me.
 
And my other issue is I'm going over 4 times what was advertised and still might have to deal with a reship. That is what has me worried. Idk, will just play it by ear from here on out. If/when pcom arrives I will send in an amp and begin my log.

They waited 24 hours to send a tracking number...I'm sure there's someone on here who can address your concern s or help you out.

That's great for you but I am having issues. And I'm not 24 hours late it's been weeks without tracking and still don't have any today. Darius has reached out since posting this but the time frame on my delivery is still unknown. Basicstero has not helped at all and I doubt I'm even going to receive a package
 
It's a shame...everything everyone is telling me has been bullshit. Last week it was guarantee tracking by Monday, then by Wednesday latest, now I'm willing to bet nothing will have changed by tomorrow. Live and you learn
 
Usually by now frank or the PCOM rep would have gotten back to you by now. Did you post in the basic thread? They almost eventually get back to everyone who's having issues. It's hard to say I've never had issues with them and have ordered almost 10x. The biggest issues with me was just customs being slow but that wasn't source fault.
 
Darius has spoken to me. Noone from basic has gotten back to me. I sent multiple messages, tried wickr, no luck.

My pharmacomstore order has been sitting at a carrier for over 2 weeks. But, apparently they knew this ahead of time because they added a "bonus". So my issue with this is why wasn't I warned? And why can't I have a date on when it will be sent? It was advertised to be delivered within 8 days. I'm well well past that without tracking. It's just frustrating and I don't hate their products at all, I very much liked them. But this experience makes me hate both sites. Basicstero can pretty much fuck off in my book. Darius gave me a slight refund but beyond that seems clueless as to when I'll receive my order. Vladimir has no clue either just throwing out hopeful guesses that have all been wrong.

If all that is true then I would think they are trying pretty hard to make things right for the customer the best they can. I do understand why you are upset but can you see that many sources might not handle things as well. Shit is going to happen in this 'game' I know you are newer and whoever you go with next will eventually have issues most of us who have been around have had these types of experiences.

I hope you make the best out of the gear when you do get it

Darius responded to me thanks to you messaging him which I thanked both of u for. The issue, in my mind, as I've stated this whole time, is the false advertisement. And no, to my knowledge nothing has been shipped. My payment was accepted 17 days ago, and there is still no tracking. Yes, I was told there is a "bonus" but who knows what that is or if it is even something I will use. It wasn't added because of this post, it was added because of intentional misleading advertisement because this huge delay was known but not related to the customers. Have you and Darius messaged me back since posting this? Yes, of course. Have we gotten anywhere with my shipment status though? Absolutely not. I understand things happen but this is something pharmacomstore knew about ahead of time. This isn't an issue caused by customs or whatnot.
 
I don't care about the money. If I wanted orals I would have just ordered some. All I want is the service that was advertised and since that's impossible I want a realistic timeline of when I can expect to receive what I paid for.
