After speaking with Darius and Iron Julius, they reshipped my order through pharmacomstore. I have received the tracking information and am hoping it will be here early next week. Those two have been a very big help. The original orders whereabouts seem to still be unknown, but that is okay considering I finally have tracking. Thanks, I will update when they arrive.

Update: @Pharmacom Helper has reached out to me over the past few days and everything is now squared away with them as well.

Update: haven't received anything from either site. For BS I am not even receiving tracking and PS hasnt updated in over a week. Very frustrating. I am currently trying to hear back from someone from BS and Darius told me I need to wait longer for PS. This is quite frustrating, and although I understand this is a result of customs stepping up their game, part of me thinks if my original package was shipped out of Europe on time and as expected it would have made it through. Instead, being shipped from China, everything is being stopped. I'll update if there are any reships or what not, but at this point I've pretty much given up on either site and would just like my money back.

Update two: immediately after sending this I received two tracking for basicstero, one of which is the order that never went thru, the other a reship. Orders are taking much longer than expected to receive tracking (I would assume this is due to customs?). I'll keep updating as goes, but out of my group of friends that order thru these sites, everyone has been seized and the discreet is not making a difference. Ill keep everyone posted just in case anyone is interested. Thanks guys

Similar problems are being reported in other threads, and the same excuses are being made.
There's clearly an ongoing issue, they're obviously aware, and yet they continue to take payment without informing customers.

I figured as much. I brought that up as my main issue when I originally created this thread. BS is refusing to allow me to transfer my credit to domestic for whatever reason I don't know. I offered to cover the difference in price even though I think they should cover it themselves for the bad service. Just disappointing.

Domestic orders are having issues too (probably being rerouted internationally without letting customers know - hence very similar delays).
Interestingly, AFAIK other domestic resellers have struggled within recent memory to successfully source Pharmacom restocks within the EU. I suspect one problem may be linked to the other.

When I order my products from the Pharmacom.ws store over three weeks ago I paid $30 in shipping and was told my order would arrive in approximately a week. I was also assured that over the last five years the company had enjoyed a 100% success rate shipping to the United States. Apparently when I placed my order they were out of stock at their EU warehouse. So not only was my package not shipped for a week, when they did ship it, it was shipped from Hong Kong.
My package now appears to have been seized and Vladimir has told me that nothing that can be done until I get a seizure letter. I was also told that the shipping times from Hong Kong are much higher, as well as the rate of seizure. Had I know ANY of this I would have NEVER ordered.
I saw the option of ordering products cheaper from the Hong Kong warehouse and decided I DID NOT want that option as the wait time was longer. So now I am stuck waiting around for a letter, my address is burned, and my first experience with pharmacom will almost certainly be my last.
I understand that Vladimir and Darius can't control customs. But customers should know when products are out of stock in the EU and pharmacom is planning on taking risks with their product and safety shipping packages that are likely to be seized and liable to take several times longer to arrive.
Truthfully this situation is 50% my fault and 50% pharmacoms. I should have done a lot better research on the company. After my own package failed to arrive I searched several forums including this one and find MULTIPLE instances of people having packages intercepted at a high rate ESPECIALLY FROM HONG KONG!!! Go back a few pages on this thread and you will see I'm not the first person to complain about the EXACT SAME SHENANIGANS in the last few weeks.
BUYER BEWARE. They will take your money and give you the run around for weeks. Nothing inspires confidence in a company like being told the success rate is 100% and then your first order is intercepted.
P.S. I know I posted this exact comment on two pharmacom threads. I just want my fellow lifters to be aware of my experience so they are informed of the risks. If this is considered spam please delete the other comments.

So pretty much my pharmacom order was seized, all the basicstero's are getting seized and in response to my questioning of the 100% guarrantee and shipment that we pay for I was told something along the lines of thats one warehouse not all of them. So pharmacomstore pretty much admitted to lying and false advertising in my messages. This is a joke

Both sites are a complete joke and these reps, minus ironjulius who I think legitimately was trying to help, are doing nothing but blowing hot air and giving me, my buddies, and multiple other people on this site the run around. Hopefully people will read this thread and shy away from international orders from either site. All in all, I'm out a few hundred dollars and a gigantic headache. And neither site will give me a refund for their bullshit or even allow me to transfer credits to domestic shipments

Many transfers have to be refunded and resent, which is also not a guarantee of a successful transaction. This all is a real headache and waste of time both for customers and for us. In order to get your order processed smoothly please learn using bitcoins! its extremely easy. Here is our tutorial:
