Thank you! I have really tried to put some effort into nailing the cues and execution for chest training and adhering to the RPE's, I believe this has made all the difference. I look forward to seeing what the chest phase does.

As far as the gear goes, there is no doubt in my mind, synergism is the way to go. Use a little of everything instead of an assload of 1 thing and you will see some fun changes very rapidly.

The esoteric drugs have allowed me to reduce my AAS use dosage wise in the long term and increase periods of cruising - and still progress rapidly and faster than before due to the synergy between the esoteric drugs and planning their use intelligently.
 
Entry 15:

Tonight was the final back session of the back specialization block.

I absolutely loved this training block. The intensity and volume was handled beautifully and increased gradually. The block was the right amount of weeks - it never dragged on and everything felt appropriate exercise selection wise.

Very satisfied with how it went.

Back frequency will return to normal in the forthcoming training week.

Now time for the chest specialization block to start.

  • Diet was very controlled today (getting better / more efficient now that I'm comfortable with the humalog)
  • Still eating to grow and still going up in weight
  • Still getting tighter (see morning pics I post every now and then to get an idea of where I stand. Training pics can be deceiving at times due to being 4-5 meals deep with lots of intra-workout carbs consumed).

Entry 14

Tonight was arms.

I was sweating like a whore in church towards the end of this session just due to the pace I was keeping and how painful the pump was at certain points. 2 movements really pushed things for me not even due to the RPE being used but rather the technique / cues.

Preacher curls were done with dumbbells single handed. I used about 25lb dumbbells here which was challenging for 10. The cue was a slow eccentric and pointing my pinky inward toward whatever side I was working upon bringing it up and squeezing hard. This is my standard dumbbell curl technique but this is the first time I employed it on dumbbell preachers and the pain was disgusting. Pinwheel curls were done after that, at this point I was gritting my teeth from the pump. Cue was just bring it down very controlled and squeeze as hard as possible at the top.

That's about it, direct tricep work is pretty simple. Only thing mildly interesting was pushdowns on the assisted dip machine pad (you push down on the pad). Probably one of the best movements I've used for tricep growth.

Looking really good WC, its impressive what you have done in such a short period of time. Your looking fuller and lean as well.
I do those same press downs with the dip and pullup assist machine.

Entry 16

Today was the first day of chest/shoulder specialization.

Did some incline dumbbell presses working up to a rpe9 and some reverse band incline barbell press, as well as some flys. Shoulder work concluded with me walking out of the gym with a pump that was beyond painful (in a good way).

  • Weight is getting steady in the higher 190's.
  • Still feeling good, vascularity is improving too.

Entry 17

This week back frequency returned to normal and tonight was back. The work was very simple tonight, some single arm pronated barbell rows, assisted pull-ups (controlled eccentric with hard contraction) and some other simple work (low cable row and some low back work, calves and abs).

Perfect session after 4 weeks of specializing, nice and simple.

  • Enjoying the growth I've been seeing, a good amount of size has been added and weak points are already improved dramatically.
  • 1 more week of slin left, then the blast will wrap up.

Entry 18

Tonight was arms (abs and calf work done too).

  • Something is causing me to get some pretty retarded gains in arm size. This isn't really something I was looking for, arm development is already sufficient for the rest of my physique, but whatever, I'll take it. As long as the weak points improve (they are) then I'm happy.
  • Weight is a steady 195-196lbs.

What do you think @weighted chinup - will you plan on using slin in future blasts on a regular basis or will this be a one and done? Or maybe just a very infrequently used drug?

I'm leaning towards infrequent use.

This protocol especially is something I would consider to be good for bringing up weak areas or adding a lot of off-season size in a short block (assuming other variables are in place to expedite said weak areas).

This protocol is not something I would use regularly, even if its done 4 weeks on 4 weeks off, at that point I think there are better ways to use slin.

After this phase I need to focus on getting as aesthetic as possibly can and definitely into single digits before beginning another growth phase. This phase will wrap up in about 1 weeks time, by then I will have added a pretty substantial amount of mass on low doses of AAS and while maintaining a reasonable body comp and improving weak areas (will be close to 200 at the end of this phase).

That phase will probably not require any insulin, I suspect esoteric drugs will be primarily GH and applying it differently.

Now the question is, after that phase, when I am ready for a long and serious growth phase, will I use it? If it's indicated, sure, but not this protocol. Maybe using it with meals or using longer forms, or really long forms with fast acting log type throughout the day.

But I don't suspect I will be touching this protocol for a while to come.

It's definitely a good way to get introduced to this drug though. It's just too much damn size and that's not always good unless you are prepared to follow it with a dieting phase. That is of course, unless you were VERY lean when starting something like this. That would be different.

If it's not followed by a dieting phase, at least with my genetics/protocol/conservative drug use, then eventually it will just look like shit, which will make the dieting harder. Keep it short, start it when fairly lean, take time off if needed after accumulating, then go into a dieting plan.

I've said it before, 90% of people on the boards will look way bigger at lower body weights than what they are normally walking around at or chasing.

Pretty much, I have some pretty bad tendencies. I own several pairs of the same kinds of clothing and do laundry on an almost daily basis just to appease the fact that I am that way. Can't help it, always been like that. If I buy 10 different pieces of clothing all different, I will only end up wearing one. I'll return the others and buy a few more of that same pair.

I don't know why I am this way.
