I am entering my first show in April of next year, current weight and height is 250lb @ 6'2. Current bf% is around 18% (guesstimation) my main focus will be classic physique but I may also enter open to see how I size up against the big boys.
Current training is a 4 day split - chest, back, shoulders & arms, legs, rest and repeat
Training all follows a similar style 10-15 sets per body part depending on size/attention required to balance my physique. Big focus has been growing my legs and making my chest more aesthetically pleasing.
Currently running 525mg test E a week, no ai (have some on hand, haven't felt the need to use them yet)
Diet will be 5 meals on training days, and an additional refeed on the rest day before hitting legs. I have yet to write out my diet but that will be my next step, as it stands each meal I eat has about 40-50g of protein, carbs used more on pre training meal, and the last meal of the night is always something light and digestible like chicken and rice stir fry
