hey guys a little update , im terribly sorry for the lack of routines posted up in this log , but I can assure you my workouts are still going strong 6 days a week..
Ive recently ditched the 20 rep sets as I wasnt able to get the weight that i wanted so now im aiming for 12-15 reps at higher weights....
Ive set some new PR's recently specifically on my RAW rack pull last week... 525lbs
Set another PR for rack pulls today wearing a belt @ 555lbs....fucking love heavy back days...
if theres any doubt ive uploaded both video's onto my youtube channel....gonna start documenting more and more...
uploading todays 555 lbs pull as I type but my camera man is slightly retarted so the quality isnt there but you will get the just of it..
