Of course you have to take the time difference into account, but I never wait longer than 6 hours.

How small is your order, probably prioritizes larger orders, when I have Small orders I have to email back a couple times I’ve noticed

Well when the small orders take days to finalize I likely wont be inclined to put in bigger ones lol. But no, I wouldn't call my orders small, but not big....few hundred dollars each. I don't really see that being the case though, I just think it's a staffing issue perhaps. Most of this guys orders I would assume are "smaller", I'm sure the home brewers outweigh the labs by a significant amount.

Whatever the case, the communication needs to improve when you have to pay more for shipping than other raw sources. Why would I keep paying more for a slower service?

I agree @eatmyshorts81, Mike has excellent reputation here. Between testing all products, fixing any issues ect.. so you complaining because he hasn’t gotten back to you in couple days over a tiny order. In my 7yrs ordering Raws I can say Mike is by far one thee best at providing a great service.

I understand the time difference, I put my phone on loud so I wake up and I can complete the transaction on China time. But your comms is so slow it's 3 days now waking up in the middle of the night and I still don't have a btc address to send to. Friend you must reply more than once per 24hrs. It should be the other way around friend, you should adjust to your clients like Indian pharma vendor

I had some Tirz 20 delivered by Mike USA domestic.
It was fast (3 days delivery)
He was great (got back with tracking next day)
I sent it for lab test and it came back excellent!

I have a hard time believing that.. I have made 8 different small batches of tne over the last few weeks trying to perfect a recipe for myself. Maybe 50mg/ml at 40-45% bb.. I do 100mg/ml tho so if tou say you can do it.. that's cool. I can get it to hold at

You need a lot of heat to get everything in solution. But didn't had problems with crashing after that.
On the other note I don't know what was the purity of that raws so that 75 mg could be 65 mg.
When you brew exotic things try small batch to see how it holds or how is the pip
