I placed an order last week he informed me beforehand that I would have to wait until sometime this week for it to ship which was fine with me. Seems like a solid guy.
I placed an order I think the day before he went out of town. Got the pack before he had the chance to get back and send me the tracking.

It has been explained aThousand time around. There is no special formula.
Double vacuum seal the raw with oxygen absorber, put in mylar bag, seal it. Put in a cool dark place..forget about it..end of story.

If you loose vacuum do you know what it's gonna happen to you frozen raw now not under vacuum in a freezer? Not nice thing with the accumulation of moisture into it

Depends on who else is opening and not closing it properly. Literally removed 50 lbs of ice from the chest freezer this morning because the in-laws don’t care about closing it properly and I don’t check on it. Scratch that off the options.

I think freeze thaw cycles and improper use is the big issue. What if one had a deep freezer that was opened once per month?

Yeah but what's the point when raws keep fine at room temp if properly sealed.... Are you planning to keep them for decades? If so yeah I would look for a dedicated deep freezer.

From activation energy standpoint, just going with the fridge should be best bang for your buck (80/20 rule) if you have all residual moisture out of the raw and you've pulled vacuum. Avoids the potential freezing complications.
For a hypothetical 50 kJ/mol activation energy of thermal decomposition / "shelf degradation" (example figure for illustration but shouldn't be far off), every ten degrees C should increase effective shelf life by 2x. So just going with the fridge option will ensure your raws will outlive you by a bunch. Of course make sure you have removed humid air from the raw pack as you don't want condensate on the raws.
