Awesome. Appreciate y’all input. The question was more theoretical and less practical application.

Kind of wanted to understand magnitude of shelf life difference in the couple different storage scenarios, so I appreciate your willingness to humor me, @readalot.

That's the thing, what if you have a small humidity in there or you lose the vacuum and so humid air start seeping in?

We have users reporting RAWS stored outside of fridge/freezer and still good to go after 15+ years.

To me it looks like is easier and with less points of failures to store them outside a fridge/freezer

Let's say you lose a few % of purity after 10/20 years. It's not really a big deal isn't it? You just adjust for the lost purity and that's it.
