Bedtime HGH Bolus

Do you take a onetime bolus at bedtime or split dose?

Fair, honestly I'm just a cheap prick. 4iu has done me well so I haven't bothered to scale

If you're doing well with 4, I'd stick with it. I do about 2-4 iu/day. I feel good. I'm not using it for size, i just use it for "quality of life'.

Important distinction imo

Using GH for quality of life or "anti-aging" (however you define it) versus using it for bodybuilding

Big difference is dose (ignoring cost for the moment)

The benefits of GH for quality of life or anti-aging appear to saturate low (in the ballpark of 4 or less)

Bodybuilders, on the other hand, will keep pushing to 10 IU/d and beyond

whether it's all in their head and they'll do whatever they think could possibly give them an edge, or if it's actually providing additional efficacy, Idk
 
I run my HGH first thing in the morning, around 5 AM. My cat wakes me up, I feed him, pin 2iu, and move on with my day. First meal is usually around 8-9 AM.

Morning dosing works much better for me. No sleep disruption, no morning bloat, no groggy feeling like I used to get from taking it at night.

Interestingly, I’ve noticed I actually look better off HGH than on it. Less water, a bit sharper overall. Today I started Sero though, so we’ll see how that compares to the Chinese stuff.

I’ve tried fasted vs non-fasted cardio with HGH and honestly didn’t notice any meaningful difference. Maybe there is one on paper, but in practice it’s minimal.

If you’re not competing, I’d keep it simple. Pin, wait 40-60 minutes, eat. Everything beyond that starts drifting into protocol-nerd territory.
