Been a user for over 20 years and a long time reader i would just like to introduce myself

260# @ 10% is pretty fucking solid. Good work.

What's your flavor in the Gym? BB or you get into PL at all?
 
BB recently had a torn bicep that took me out of the gym for awhile but cant wait to get back and start grinding again. How about yourself?
 
Most my cardio i work into as a fast paced timed bb schedule i like to save all my stamina for that than if i have any energy left i do laps at the pool. Very strict diet and quality gear. Never do abs as i only stick to free weights which incorporate abs quite nicely
 
I started working out at 12 strict diet 2 hrs a day. Small test cycles until i was 20 and wised up knowing i started way too young. Thats when i looked for as much information i could. My diet was spot on even from an early teenager but learned more from there. At my strongest i was 260 lbs at 6'2" benching 485x5 reps clean.. curling 120 lb dumbbells each arm 10 reps per arm at a time. Now just trying to build back up after a year recovery.

Not being a dick. But you seem to come here once in a blue moon and kinda search for gear and disappear.
 
I searched for gear because i always paid extreme prices for quality gear... i have been on here quite a bit as a silent forum reader.
 
I have built a great bit of knowledge personally and through the various forums accross the internet.. i just thought i would try to learn and maybe. Give advice on any who ask
