I started working out at 12 strict diet 2 hrs a day. Small test cycles until i was 20 and wised up knowing i started way too young. Thats when i looked for as much information i could. My diet was spot on even from an early teenager but learned more from there. At my strongest i was 260 lbs at 6'2" benching 485x5 reps clean.. curling 120 lb dumbbells each arm 10 reps per arm at a time. Now just trying to build back up after a year recovery.
I have built a great bit of knowledge personally and through the various forums accross the internet.. i just thought i would try to learn and maybe. Give advice on any who ask
