Alright dudes, here goes one for the first real post.

Im a D1 football player in season. Currently im a non-contributer and more or less waste my time and energy on the scout team. In order to legitamately have a chance to see the field im going to need to gain 10-20 lean pounds of muscle. Playing Defensive line I will need to be 1rounf 240+ to have the slightest chance to play. NCAA drug test (test for PEDs) will be in approximatley 2-3 months and it is very likely that I will not be chosen as I am a relativly weak non-contributer and they choose the best people on the team to test.
Im looking for a possible shorter cycle until the end of the season, and a lengthier cycle to start in janurary and go until late february early march. I highly doubt i will be tested this fall, however if i do put on 20 pounds and my 1RMs gain 50 pounds each in a matter of 2 months i think i could be tested. saying this I would prefer not having lots of sides, especially water retention, as this is an obvious way to get caught using steroids.
vitals: 6'5 225 %20+ BF no history of cycles, good diet, tons of cardio(football)
lets start with the short cycle, and ill post again asking about the long cycle later on.
You guys are the people I should ask, What should my cycle look like?
Thanks again guys, I appreciate the advice.:)

Save it for the off season. But now is actually the perfect time to research and educate yourself as well as have your supplies in hand for the start of the off season in January/February. JMHO

Youre a candidate for bloating and sides at your current BF, IMHO. Yes, there are those that have cycled at 20% BF, but they weren't under the microscope as you are. I would learn to eat big and train big before beginning a cycle.

Whats your age?

I've been giving your situation more thought and would like to offer more advice if you would have an open ear.

What you are going to find in your research is that there is very little out there in regards to AAS and maximizing athletic performance. Face it, bodybuilding is an aesthetic sport. Not to mention how much PEDs are frowned upon in the "legit" side of Strength and Conditioning. The irony is EVERYONE WHO IS ANYONE IS DOING IT.

Anyway, now that I got that our of the way. I am here in a similar endeavor to yours in that I am trying to bridge "legit" S&C with PEDs. So I'm learning and experimenting as I go.

Learn about all the compounds but focus on testosterone propionate. Study post cycle therapy and estrogen control on cycle. Experiment with different estrogen levels while on cycle. Before you begin your journey, take baseline blood tests.

Good luck. There are many knowledgable bros here who can help if you contribute to the community.

This.

There is VERY little kowledge in PED and athletics on the internet. You need to look at the protocols for your sport.

I am also in the same position Romaleos. I have quite few good information from eastern European weightlifting coaches on how to periodise, train and use PED effectively for strength training without taking a boatload (boatload in this context is relevant as 1g for some is nothing while for others a lot) and or not fucking up. I can do a braindump if there is interest by the community.

Regarding testing since it was mentioned by the OP. Do it during the off season. Most high level athletes I know that use PEDs on season use masking agents/protocols that are custom made for the athlete based on what how he or she responds to specific drugs, what he or she takes and when he or she will compete. There are chemists out there that really know their stuff and can help you virtually pass any test if you have the dolarios.

@xupc I'm glad more bros like you are coming out of the woodwork. I would love to geek out with you and pick your brain in regards to S&C and PEDs. I am an NSCA CSCS and USAW coach myself. I know I could be in a mess of trouble if caught with involvement in the "dark side". I know for a fact that this is where you have to be if dealing with elite athletes.

Well I hope we can pick each other's brains more in the future and bring this community more into sports performance than just looking swole.
