Belive I have Test Flu..please help me!

On the 18th, I did a 400mg injection of Pacific Rim's Eq w/ 250 mg of Test E. Friday the 20th, my glands in ym neck were swollen, along with severe body aches (bone and muscle) nausea, sore throat and dry cough. Today, the 22nd, I feel 50% better but glands are still swollen with a slight sore throat, and body aches are a little less severe.
I planned on doing 600mg of Eq per week...but I guess my body isn't taking the Eq too well. What should I do? I seriously don't wish this on anyone because it will knock you on your ass. Also, is the test flu due to the fact that you have too much test in your body?? Please give me some creditable answers to what's going on and what I should do. Thank you!!

I have gotten flu-like symptoms from both EQ and test, but only twice... the first cycle I ever did, EQ and Dbol a few years ago, and the cycle I just started a few weeks ago. What I have experienced in each was just a moderate fever and body aches. It started during the 2nd week, and lasted several days, then went away and never came back. It doesn't happen every cycle.

Is this your first cycle? I believe that everyone experiences "steroid fever" at some point. I would just wait for several days, it should go away.

No, this is not my first cycle. I'm just curious to why I got it now. I mean, I have injected 1000mg of test per week and never got any sides. Anyone else offer me some answers???

maybe its jsut your body reacting to teh ba or other solvents in teh gear. the symptoms will probly go away once your body becomes accustomed to it. although ive never heard of swollen glands in teh neck before so hopefully someone who knows more about that can help you.

Swollen glands are commenly associated with infections...but in some cases it's caused by an inflammation. Steroids cause inflammation. They feel inflammed because when I swallow, it doesnt hurt where a sore throat hurts..in the back of the throat...this is more of a pain near the sides on top of the posterior roof of the mouth. I didn't know BA would cause a reaction in the human body. I know PRL's Eq has 2 types of alcohol, one at 3% and the other at 5% I believe.

After years of doin this shit, I still could not tell you, or predict when I would get flu symtons. Happens with different products and different times.

Sometimes I think it happens when you make a slight change in your cycle midway, like dosage, or brand, or even compounds.

One time I decided to finish up two products I had, both in same needle, both about double what I had been taking, just cause I was lazy, and wham! Next day sick as a dog. Now this was with products I was already using, and should have been very used to.
I also had it happen when starting a new cycle. GO FIGURE !!!!

It will pass, good luck, let us know when it's gone

Propionate does it to me bad. I've never had problems with any other esters of Test or deca, eq, tren. I can handle about 30mg of Propionate a day without getting sick but if i do more i'm almost bed ridden sick. I get Chills, fever, sweats and get really tired.

i,ve gotten it from sust bad before and i just toughed through it eventually the symptoms get a little more tolerable. its your body reating to the steroid as a forgin body and the flu like symptoms is its action to try get rid of it.

I get it from sust but it only last for about 10 to 48 hours i just take some tylenol break the fever and its gone.

Hey bro monitor your condition closely. The swollen glands you are talking about are most likely your lymph nodes. Lymph nodes get enlarged because T-cell populations increase. T cells carry pathogens(things that can cause infection) to sites like the lymph nodes or spleen to be phagocytzed. Not trying to get you too worried but it is an infection, possibly from bacteria in your gear or but probably not from the test itself because your body does not intentionally attack itsef unless you have autoimmune diseases. Though I am not stating this as the cause, highly concentrated AAS (like 400mg/ml) has been the suspect in many of these cases of adverse reactions.

Some people can tolerate the sides better than others and some have no adverse reactions whatsoever and go on the reap the benefits of the higher concentrations.

High BA or BB concentrations can also be contributing factors.

My silly advice, cut the EQ with sterile oil in a 1:1 ratio and reduce the total concentration per ml to 200mg.This ought to help make life and your cycle more enjoyable.

Very true with the lymph nodes part....but you are mistaken in one aspect. If it was a bacterial infection (which you believe) my symptoms would be getting worse and not better. As of today, only the right side lymph node is slightly swollen..everything else is back to normal. My lower intestinal track doesnt feel upset today, no aches or pains. I'd say I'm 90% back to normal. I thank you for all the comments though...it goes a long way!

I'm finding out today where I live...a lot of viruses and bacteria are going around. I guess the streptococcus strain is hitting widespread among other nasty little fucking viruses. My g/f just came home from the Dr's diagnosed with it....I probably got her sick but I didn't have strep. Probably gave her something that weakened her immune system to where the strep bacteria attacked. So fuck you test flu! lol.....
Seems like anyone who has the test flu gets over it quickly...I dont wish anyone what I had...Tylenol wouldn't do diddly dick for me. Hell, so sick that I couldnt even think about fucking. Now THAT SUCKS!!!

Sust and Deca combo has given me the flu symptoms too. I never get sick, but I do with those two mean little suckers combined.

If your sick from either of these two and your reading this thread for answers, I would say don't worry. Take acetaminophen (Tylenol) 325 to 650 mg every 4-6 hours and rest. If for some reason your one of those few people who don't like to swallow pills, then administered as a suppository, the adult dose is 650 mg every 4-6 hours. Use acetaminophen or ibuprofen (Advil, Medipren, Motrin, Nuprinfor) for fever and body aches.

Do NOT take aspirin if you have a fever.

For most its over within 48 hrs. Give or take a day. See a physician if your symptoms last for more then 4-5 days. Rest until your temperature is normal (98.6 degrees F or 37 degrees C). This usually takes 3 to 4 days. Get plenty of sleep.

Drink as much water or other liquid as you (comfortably) can.

Hot liquids may relieve the feeling of congestion. Gargling may help relieve your sore throat. Use warm salt water (1 teaspoon of salt in a cup of water) or warm or cold double-strength tea.

And remember, antibiotics are medicines that kill bacteria and are, therefore, only useful for treating bacterial infections. Not Flu symptoms.

*Call Your Doctor if you have trouble breathing while resting, a deep cough with lots of mucus, or chest pain, or you have nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.

*Seek Care Immediately if you are very breathless or have dark or bluish fingernails, toenails, or skin, or you get really bad neck pain or stiffness, or you feel confused, start acting strangely, or have a seizure.

I know I wrote allot here, so what! When I need help I want detailed answers, and I know your no different! Anyway, these are the things that I have found to help me, and if you've just taken the time to read everything I've written, then the odds are that you need this help too.
