What is you problem? I have said my pease and said I am sorry for doing hardly anything, and all you continue to do is attack. What's the deal?


I can't find any info on the "always take it" dosing protocol you speak of....

There is a hypothesis that our present diet has lot more of Omega 6 (or is it 9?) than Omega 3 (whereas we evolved on a diet that contains more Omega 3). The excess Omega 6 (or 9?) out competes Omega 3 and we end up being deficient on Omega 3.

As per this theory, all of us are better taking Omega 3.

Omega 3 (particularly, the fish oil DHA) is the main building block of the brain. Also, Omega 3 keeps the blood vessels supple, ensuring that your blood pressure remains within the range (and you can avoid Viagra for several more years).

Even the quality of the skin and hair improves on Omega 3. But that's not something that us guys are terribly hung up on :)
