Is there an ideal carb source or combination for glycogen replenishment following training? Most commercial products contain dextrose, maltodextrin or other simple sugars(fructose, glucose, sucrose). Is a combination of dex/malto a better choice? I have used Endurox R4 with creatine added as well as Vitargo CGL and Cell Tech. I saw at trueprotein.com that you can make your own combination but they already have a pre-made with a 30%/30% dex/malto combo. Any thoughts on this?
