Best Cardio Routine

Two words: not very.

The numbers that cardio machines say youve burned are highly inaccurate, whether its a bike, treadmill or anything else.

I strongly doubt that a person could burn 300 calories in 20 minutes doing some light work on the elliptical. 100-150 calories I could see, but not 300.
 
Here is a wuote from Lyle McDonald regarding liver glycogen: "Under normal conditions (low-carb diet), liver glycogen will empty in around 12-15 hours (assuming a normal tarting place). I'm sure this is decreased by high intensity activity, I don't know by how much."

Which supports what I was saying earlier about cardio and liver depletion.
