CellMass is a great product but its also a mix of creatines ! 4 or 5 diff types I think, not all creatines are created equal but if you load it properly Monohydrate is always a good cheap way to go

What is the ultimate goal here, if you r looking for a good drink during training try Volumaize from BSN just sip a little between sets mix 2 scoops in a large shaker cup

here another site that sells optimum nutrition couple bucks more but cheaper shipping They have BSN products there as well just search BSN or use the manufacturer pull down tab
