whats up bro. We have talked in PM. but if you dont know what prop and tren are you really shouldnt be condidering a cycle; just doing research.Prop is testosterone propionate. It is a fast acting testosterone with a propionate ester attached. The ester is what creates the half-life of the testosterone; whether it is fast acting(propionate,acetate, phenyl-propionate) or long acting(enanthate, cypionate,decoanate,). and Tren is Trenbolone Acetate or trenbolone enanthate. As you can see they are both trenbolone with different esters attached for the same reasons as the testostrerone.

The fact you didn’t know what prop and tren were makes me think you are asking about running anavar solo with no base compound. If you don’t have a base I would say best cycle is no cycle as var is not going to get you much by itself.

Dang brother, this was a wild question.

Maybe start with some creatine and do some research from there. Tren is a big boy drug and will mess you up if you don’t know what your doing.
