Hey everyone, spent a lot of time on here a few years ago now as well as a couple Canadian forums. Lost access to my old accounts but here I am again.

I have tried many of the Canadian brands that I still see active on here which is nice to see. I also recognize many names that are still active again.

Life got busy and I took a couple years off of everything including the gym but I’m back at full time. I also just got my doc to put me on try so I’m just working on dialing in for now then plan on jumping back on for a run or two.

It’s crazy how much longer it takes to recover when you hit your mid 40s and are on the low side for T. Here’s to hoping things get better.

Out by Edmonton, where you at?
Down in Texas now. Used to live in Edmonton by Whyte ave not to far from the BONNY DOOM MALL. Was there for 5 years. Am originally from NB, spent 20 years in Vancouver too tho, and 1 year in Calgary. I wont rub it in about the weather...lol

Hope you kick ass on your journey. Recovery has been an issue for me as well, just hit 49 in oct. But after going to the gym and watching these puss*es on their phones 90% of the time, no wonder they recover so fast. Lol
