Best GHRH peptide(for NREM sleep) to pair with HGH

As the topic says, i'm looking for a GHRH peptide to support restorative NREM sleep to pair it with HGH. HGH fragments my sleep really bad when i take it before bed. Naturally i sleep much better without any HGH whether the dose is high or low. It is a known fact that injecting HGH will suppress your GHRH release which will reduce the amount of slow wave sleep. So does anyone here have any experience of a particular peptide that you have succesfully used to achieve something like this?. I would love to use HGH but it messes up my recovery and sleep so bad. This is not fake HGH i'm talking about here. Genotropin, Norditropin, generic all do the exact same thing...

Hgh fucks with my sleep real bad too. I’ve never stacked gh peptides with actual gh, but the ghrp ipamorelin was the single greatest sleep aid I’ve ever taken. I combined it with mod grf 1-29 (Cjc no dac) and had good sleep improvements. Over time I do think I’ve become intolerant of mod grf (allergy reaction) and read online that happens to lots of ppl, so just keep that in mind as a possibility. I’ve seen some people say that mod grf wakes them up like caffeine, and others say it puts them to sleep. I tried both individually and felt ipamorelin did more positive for sleep hygiene, where the mod grf I didn’t notice much. I been thinking of adding ipamorelin back in for sleep hygiene and am interested in how this works out for you!

I feel you there. No homo of course. I'm still waiting for my CJC-1295 no DAC to arrive(proper GHRH analogue) to test it first alone how it works. I guess i have to order some Ipamorelin too.

So do you still use GH and take it in the morning or before bed?

Yes, very much so. Much much better than without gh. Recovery is one of the main reasons I use it.
I would love to understand more about the science of injecting GH in the AM and its effects on sleep. So far i have thought that it is the IGF-1 that is controlling the negative feed back on GHRH release from the hypothalamus. But it seems that must be incorrect. Otherwise everyone on exogenous GH would suffer from sleep disorders...

From what I understand the way gh works systemically it can cause sleep fragmentation in and of itself. I do not think it is due to ghrh suppression but that would be interesting. Perhaps ghrh suppression is more noticeable for some than others. I saw the science explained somewhere but I can’t remember where. I’m incredibly jealous of the people who get great sleep on it.

I’m unsure what the science is but I know doctors prescribing hgh will tell even children to take it am if it’s impacting sleep negatively. I’d be curious on the science if you ever track it down.

There might not be rock solid science to exogenous GH use and sleep quality.

As in, not a specific line from injected GH -> some biological pathways -> direct impact on sleep parameters.

Some guys note no effect, others say timing has an impact... I think you just gotta find what works for you, personally.

I saw someone with a science based explanation with the impact of cortisol, prolactin, and other such stuff but for the life of me I can’t track it down. It must have been on pro m or something I’m not on that often, kits4less also had an explanation in one of their review threads somewhere but it seemed more bro science.

I feel like this can’t be emphasized enough. GH seems to be one of the most personal feels based protocol drugs out there. There’s about a million different protocols out there, and it seems incredibly individual what’s going to work for what person. Experimentation is key. It’s taken me like 7 months of experimenting to figure out what works for me.

I remain incredibly jealous of people who get positive sleep hygiene benefits from it lol.
