Best pct protocol?

hey guys been doing test e 6 weeks first 3 were fine ended up running into libido issues but made some really good gains so I figured mayswell cut the cycle short get my levels back in gear and take a few months off n maintain these gains before cycling again probalynext time well. Jus do sarms/oral gh, was wondering when do I start pct ? I was thinking a week after last pin,others say 2?


I got nolva and 7000 ius hcg how do I go about using this ?
Was thinking 40 nolva 4 weeks and 500 ius hcg e3d 1500 a week

You shoulda have used some Hcg ON CYCLE
However it's already done

For pct you can do
Weeks 1-7 HCG 1000 IUs/week split at least (500 IU 2x/week) + just 5 mgs Nolva ED
Weeks 8-11 Nolva 20/15/10/5 mg

Beleive it or not he DID help.
He is teaching you the disapline to do your own research so you can answer your own questions.

You have asked every question possible about cycling when the information is readily available to you. If you have to ask questions to safely complete your cycle you should not be cycling.
