Thank you. I forgot to mention also that one of the goals is to control blood glucose on HGH so there is that too. But primarily I'd like to try reduce the psychological drive for food because that's what drives me to overeating/breaking a diet - not hunger.
I'm able to get a small 2mg or 5mg vial of Sema for cheap to trial it (UGL of course), so I will get that alongside some Tirz. I'll trial the small vial of Sema first to see how that goes just because for me the psychological edge would be worth it and the sickness might help if I experience it LOL. Really appreciate your advice.
The psychological drive to eat is primarily controlled by biology. You'll discover this when the "food noise" abruptly subsides after a few weeks of Sema. This is the same mechanism that drives nearly all addiction and why these compounds cause a reduction in everything from alcoholism to gambling.
Resist the urge to deviate from once weekly dosing or mixing compounds. Yes, appetite suppression will weaken towards the end of the week. That's perfectly acceptable and a good opportunity to take on more protein to ensure you minimize muscle loss.
