I tore my triceps 3.5 weeks ago while leading my mastiff away from an unleashed, challenging pitt and great dane. Range of motion has just returned and even extending 5 lbs can be difficult. I can Hammer Strength decline, assisted dip, and use the fly machine. For strengthening, I'm considering using Deca 5-6 week post injury. At the beginning of '08, I was shot with a .45 through the same triceps while working retail. Luckily, I sustained a clean flesh wound. I had just finished using a test cycle before I was shot, but still had some left over. I decided to continue my cycle for therapy. Less than a week, I was back in the gym getting range of motion in the arm with a 4 lb dumbbell. My skin tissue healed rapid. Within 6 months, I recovered all strength in that arm. With this recent injury, natural healing will take a long time. For conditioning, I used a little AP test and tren over the summer, so I'm breaking from it. Hopefully, Deca may will be my Rx. Its been a long time since I used it. I'm considering using the Prim ray lab brand. Any insights would be much appreciated.
