For the first cycle use test. If you also use an ai it will keep bloating down. Next cycle add mast.

@Krixus go check out the greyskull post I made in the training section. Download the lp books and follow it and the swole diet method book I linked. The program is perfect for you.I'm 5'10, 150lbs
Wanting to start my first cycle.
What's the best steroid for me if I want to build lean muscle, not get too puffy, and stay ripped at the same time?
Thinking the same thing but was trying to refrain from calling names LoL.SMFH......dumbass
I agree 100% I made the same mistakes starting out. I found that when I was lifting all natural my best routine was a 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off schedule. Upper day one lower day two. After a couple months I added more variations to my lifts but that was pretty much it and I was able to hit 205lbs after 1.5 years at about 12 to 15% body fat and I'm 5'10 with a medium frame. The first six months of my 2 natural years were doing some rediculous pro routine and all I did was lean out and harden without putting on much mass which made me think that I was one of the fabled "hard gainers" turns out I wasn't I just had a shitty routine for being a natty. My 2cents:
Training natty is VERY different than training with chemicals. I NEVER ever found working out 5 or 6 days a week was beneficial at all(natty). Worst mistake ever-following a routine the pro's use or any other 20 set workout designed for some one with far better genetics and steroids. My advice is this start out working out...in a gym 3 days/week full body workouts. Start with squats then proceed to next largest muscle group. Ie. Squats-back-chest-arms. Keep your workouts based on strength gains ONLY. As a hard gainer its really your only shot. Everyone can improve strength and size always follows strength. Look up mike mentzer please. Its a great way to get you started. As a natty you must respect your body's recoverability. Since that is what steroids actually enhance.
-good luck
everybody feels that way bro, welcome to bodybuilding.I went from weighing 115 to 150 in under a year, but I feel like I'm not as strong as I could be, you know?
Dont tell Dorian Yates This he still believes in doing body parts once a week, but what does he know......Protein Synthesis for naturals does not last very long...drugs can extend this process which is why training 1 muscle group only once a week (like a bro split) is so common in high level bb'ing.
Something you guys have to keep in mind is that you don't need to be fully recovered to train again, especially if hypertrophy is your primary goal. Systemic Recovery is pretty much finished in about 48 hours. If you want to GUARANTEE a PR or a strength increase on a consistent basis in your programming then recovery becomes very imporant, that is why 5x5's give you all that time off.
Routines that take a single factor approach to recovery are ideal for beginners because they are weak and getting strong should be their main priority. Guys who are stronger or more BB oriented need to substantially increase their volume, which will require a deload week every now and then to guarantee full recovery and to progress at an optimal rate.
I think most guys worry too much about recovery and over training...you can do an ass load of weekly volume and recover and grow just fine...you don't even need to do a structured deload phase..I don't, just lighten up on the intensity a little bit and in a few days you should be progressing optimally again.
Training something less frequently (like a mike mentzer routine) will gaurentee recovery..most likely meaning you are going to get stronger or get a PR...but these routines don't often have enough stimulus to grow. You're getting stronger but weekly volume is simply too low...where as training more frequently or with more volume will provide better stimulus...although stimulus you might not be fully able to recover from if you continue accumulating fatigue...which is where deloads come in handy...
And I have low test levels, but not low enough for my doctor to need to give me anything.
Well that's an issue. An aggressive doc who doesn't live in the stone ages will keep your levels high normal (1000). So if you want to get on something, that's where I'd start - a good doc with a legal scrip.
Dont tell Dorian Yates This he still believes in doing body parts once a week, but what does he know......
Yeah but so does every other pro under the sun...they all have a few things in common too: they are all extremely strong, they are all on a disgusting amount of drugs, and they have top tier genetics.
Doing a body part once a week has its advantages. It lets you split up your work even further, meaning you can do more exercises, which will mean more variety and more motor unit recruitment, more volume etc). Ideal for someone who is extremely strong who probably isn't going to get much stronger.
Show me a guy who is as weak as a kitten that will benefit more from training a muscle group once a week than a higher frequency routine...
