best workout while on tren

Whats the best workout to do while on tren, I'm a hard gainer and have been eating 3000 calories a day this is my current workout routine

Monday: Chest/Biceps

4 sets of Incline Dumbbell Press, 10-12 reps

3 sets of Bench Press, 10-12 reps

3 sets of Incline Flies, 10-12 reps

3 sets of Chest Press until failure

3 sets of Barbell Curls, 10-12 reps

3 sets of Preacher Curls, 8-10 reps, then drop the weight to half, and push out another 8


Tuesday: Legs/Calves

4 sets of Squats 8-10 reps

3 sets of Lunges 8-10 reps

3 sets of Leg Press 8-10 reps

3 sets of Leg Extensions till failure

3 sets of Leg Curls 8-10 reps


Calves are self explanatory, just use some of the machines till failure, a lot of reps, feel the burn.


Wednesday: Back/Chest/Traps

3 Sets of Dumbbell Bench Press 8 Reps
3 sets of Cable Seated Row 8-12 Reps
3 Sets of Pullover 8 Reps+ 3 Sets of High Pully Cable Cross Over 12 Reps
3 Sets of Tbar row 6-8 reps
3 Sets of Incline Dumbbell Press 8 Reps+3 Sets of low Pully Cable Cross Over 12 Reps
3 Sets of Lat Pulldown 8-12 Reps
3 sets of Incline Cable Flies 12 Reps
3 Sets of Pull ups failure



Thursday: Shoulders/Triceps

4 sets of Shoulder Press, alternate with Barbell & Dumbell every week 8-10 reps

3 sets of Upright Rows supersetted with Lateral Raises 8-10 reps

3 sets of front raises 8-10 reps

3 sets of Lying Rear Delt Raises 8-10 reps

3 sets of Close-Grip Bench Press 8-10 reps

4 sets of Pulldowns 8-10 reps

3 sets of Skullcrushers 8-10 reps


Saturday: Full Body

3 sets of Deadlifts 8-10 reps

3 sets of Squats 8-10 reps

3 sets of Clean and Jerk 8-10 reps

3 sets of Weighted Pull ups 8-10 reps

It's the routine zyzz used anything I need to change?

Ok, mate I think your training needs some looking into imo. I can see your really hitting every muscle part however how hard are you hitting these parts? and if your pushing 10-12 reps then you ain't pushing hard enough my man! My experience I had to "off load" 3 weeks ago and drop my weights down so light that I was getting 40-50 reps out and then the last two weeks I have been hitting 5x5 on all workouts! Your body is clever and will become accustom to what your doing to it it's clever but easily fooled! Try turning your training week the other way round so start your Monday with what you would do on a Friday!? So your body will think your about to hit chest and boom you smash legs or back! Really fuck it's brain up!! And alter your reps don't just stick to the same old 10reps you wanna grow then you need to go heavy!! And I mean heavy!! Also what's your diet like? I also like you eat lots but clearly lots is never enough!! Nice write up tho bro and I hope this helps..

I hope this works for you tho mate, just change your training and one last thing..... DONT BE AFRAID TO FAIL!!!! you'll regret it if you don't give your all. Keep me posted let me know how you are getting on but try a 5reps by 5sets on all your workouts for a week or two and see how you feel.

Seriously, there are no special workouts for different AAS. You should choose your workout based on your goals. Youve listed no goals (unlesd I missed it). You said youre a "hard gainer" (which isnt true, gotta eat more brother), so I assume you want to bulk. Or you worried about size, weight, performance, looks, all of the above?
 
I can't help but question the credibility of any author who prescribes 3x10 C&J's in a bodybuilding routine.

Ill never understand peoples obsession with him. Granted Im more into performance (more so pro athletes than even PLers), but even if youre into BBing theres just much better people to model yourself after.

right! the OP is 20 and running tren.. wonder which celeb "bodybuilder" he got that idea from, even after death zyzz is still screwing with kids
 
I think he meant he only consumes 3,000 a day, @Perrin Aybara , not a 3,000 calorie deficit. Or...atleast I hope, I can't see a 3,000 calorie deficit being anything less than.downright cruel and counterproductive lol

No, I know he didn't mean 3000 calorie deficit. 3000 total isn't near enough if gaining is the goal. He didn't exactly say that, but I assume that's what he meant with the hard gainer part.

lol, you're not the only one in a daze this fine, Monday morning. I didn't feel like coming to work this morning at all.
 
Tren enanthate, acetate or hex? Makes A HUGE difference for what workout to do.
