I told the venom that he may want to wait until he is convinced he isn't going to be made whole before clicking on "Report" in the bottom left hand corner of the pm. Once he feels all hope is lost or if he would rather bounce him than wait for the strange one to come to his senses then by all means press report and in the box asking "why" its being reported type "offering to sell gear by pm" and then click "Report" and it will go up the chain of command and he'll be cast into the abyss.

I can report this but don't understand why the guy isn't banned until now because he has several trends here on Meso where he was obviously selling steroids

Everyone is selling steroids. Its when the rules are broken than bans happen. Unsolicited pm's from members or sources "WHEN REPORTED" are against the rules.

Any member who gets an email offering to sell gear, or anything else for that matter, can report the pm and the guilty party will be banned.
