Beware of Fake Hospira Bacteriostatic Water

Hey everyone, I wanted to share a recent experience I had with what turned out to be fake Hospira brand bacteriostatic water. I picked up a few vials from e-bac-water.com, and it become obvious something was off when comparing to the others I bought from Farris Labs (on right) The fills were all uneven and the labels looked off.

IMG_1572.webpGenuine Hospira usually costs a bit more, but I’ve never had any issues—no rashes, no swelling, nothing. Paying a few extra bucks for peace of mind is worth it.

I’ve had solid luck with Farris in the past:
30ml Bacteriostatic Water for Injection, Hospira

Farris is not the cheapest, but you know you’re getting the real deal.

Also, I recently saw this link:
Water Bacteriostatic IV Inj Sol MDV 30mL Sterile FTV 25/Pack

If you can confirm they’re selling genuine Hospira, that’s a pretty good score. Otherwise, I’d steer clear of any suspiciously cheap offers floating around.

Ghoul pointed out the frosted vial and near-correct cap color might fool you at first, but the awful label is the real giveaway. Who knows what they actually stuck in there—could be tap water, could be something even shadier. Nobody wants to inject that into their body. He suggested I repost this here in the HGH and Peptides section since it’s a big safety concern.

Always verify your source and don’t let a dirt-cheap price blind you. Safety first. If you have any doubts, spend a little more and go with a verified vendor. Trust me, it’s not worth risking your health over a few bucks.

Stay safe, everyone! If you have any similar experiences or suggestions for more reliable sources, drop them below.

Farris is a ripoff anyway. Just buy from medex. 25bottles for 90 bucks or so

Whats the Expiry date and Lot number on the "fake Hospira" ?

I didn’t keep them, from one of the pics I can make out lot *3021 and Jun 2026
Just wanted to confirm if it was from an old lot close to expiry, hence the former design (cos that's what these guys do when they're offering "Sales"), But from that expiry date, you're 100% correct. It's counterfeit. I wonder why they're taking such a huge risk.

Most likely they were simply using generic BA water and slapping the pharm grade label on there so they could charge more for it.

I notice now the site is avertising it as "reconstitution solution" with a label with the same color scheme as the pharma brand. Like you see on amazon.

Medex def fake. Don’t buy from there.

Do as I say not as I do. I’m stocking up on their BAC at those prices.(and lidocaine 1% BAC, Nalbuphine, etc)

Can confirm they’re legit.

You would spend way more money faking them than you could make selling homebrew BAC for $4/30ml

Not to mention I purchased legitimate hospital equipment from that site.

They’re medical supply company with very legitimate supplies on the catalog

where did you buy it from , so others are aware , or did i miss this? Theres been fake bac water here and there lately, getting "cutthroat" nowadays,,
He posted the site "e-bac-water.com".
I just read the faq and the site sure looks like a scam site that makes products that looks like Hospira, or at least slaps labels on bottles to make them look like Hospira. They misspelled Hospira.
