Do you also have a clean room that you use every time to decontaminate yourself before you enter the brew lab? Because filtered air doesn't matter a whole lot when you're tracking crap in every time that you enter.

We don’t have any decontamination sprays or anything but we do clean up ahead of time and don a little clean apron/gloves/hair cover and mask. The air is filtered out at about every 20 minutes

@BigBearLabs, your setup isn’t horrible for a home brewer, but you seriously need to lower that dispenser. I presume that’s a 50mm syringe filter and again, for a home brewer that’s ok but your space between the vial and dispenser is way too much and without a flow hood or proof that you actually have adequate ventilation, you’ve left a lot of room for dust and particles to get in those vials.

We bring the bottles to the dispenser nozzle and not slide them conveyor belt style. It makes it easier to fill and cap
