"David "Big D" Arroyo accepted a deal earlier this year to plead guilty to a charge of conspiracy to commit international money laundering, federal court records show. He faced a maximum of 20 years in prison on the charge, but before the sentencing hearing, prosecutors filed a motion for a reduced sentence because of Arroyo's cooperation in the case.
