Big guts from Romano

GH is probably part of it. But I think the overuse of supplements, the lack of TRUE wholesome foods (especially one's high in fiber) and the juice has just as much to do with it. I don't know how AAS affects the digestive track, but I know some like EQ seems not to affect it in a negative way, but some orals do for me.

I know if I take to much creatine or whatever over a course of days, I get a bloaty gut. Even though my bowel movements are fine. It's strange. But my body is saying "stupid ass, I don't want or need this!" lol

Great read thanks for the post. I've always assumed it was insulin and GH because it wasn't prevalent until the late 80s and early 90s when they began to play significant roles in bodybuilding supplementation. The "ab muscles are too big" argument does make some sense, but its probably a combination of a lot of different things and not just one culprit, as is the case with most issues.
