It's all about keeping egos at check fellas. Maybe I'm too young I don't know. I have a best friend who's ego sorus as high as mine. We clash at each other all times but we keep each other on check. Most importantly we never have disrespected each other. Maybe that's the trick.

I've done all my learning from older folks. Always accepted being around them as I am all ears. A lot of times too when everyone around me would reject them simply due to the age. I always sought more then that. And it was always payed off. I can say I am a better men because if that. Also I am the youngin in my line of work surround by a lot wise men and women.
