Binge eating disorder and the drugs I rely on

So I’m kind of in the right thread. I’ve been training for 20 years 10 of them have been enhanced. Over the course of the years I’ve gotten older and I’m 44 now and I have developed type two diabetes. I don’t have any solid evidence that’s backed by science stating that miss use in abuse of a ass may have caused my type two diabetes. I’m 57 185. Very low body fat. Guys like me just really don’t get diabetes. Anyways where I was going with this I’m a diabetic and I have an addiction to bad food. And it’s left me in the ICU for 10 days with diabetic ketoacidosis. My doctor gives me whatever I want to try to curb hunger or that hankering for a danish. So what we’ve got right now is 40 mg of a drug called Vyvanse. And it’s working great and I’m gonna stay on it. My doctor also gives me I was ozempic pens whenever I want them. Typically I would sell one to a buddy of mine for about $100. The domestic rate is about 220 to 250. I could be wrong so please feel free to correct me if I am mistaken. But I don’t think I have any use for the ozempic pen
I know this may be highly frowned upon on meso, however just putting it out there but I do have a pen and I’d let it go for pretty cheap or trade don’t really bother me either way just sitting in my refrigerator. I just feel like I get better results taking the Vyvanse versus the ozempic
My sincerest apologies if I’ve come off arrogant pompous selfish greedy, I just get extra stuff that is in high demand
And again I am not allowed to rape anybody on a price I wouldn’t go more than $100 on it hit me up in my inbox if you’re interested

You should seriously take the Ozempic, yourself. Your problems won't be addressed by the Vyvanse. Sure, Vyvanse will help with binge eating, but you should take the Ozempic too.

One issue as a diabetic is that it’s actually more difficult to control cravings because of the restrictive nature of the diet in order to try to keep glucose levels stable. So what you end up having much of the time is this extreme yo-yo effect where it’s a few days clean and then a day of total garbage foods, a few more days clean and then another day of going off the rails.

Then you have self doubt, letdown, and feelings of failure from doing this, and sometimes it only leads to more self destruction with eating. I understand it, I take insulin and I’m diabetic myself. And I’m someone that never ate bad, I just ate a lot to try to build muscle.

Binge eating disorder needs to be approached by psychotherapy and psychiatric approach (if medical treatment is necessary). By using ozempic you could exploit satiating effect of GLP1 receptor agonist, but you are not addressing the issue, instead you could even worsen the situation given the mental drive to binge and the physiological response to the drug (that both reduce central/brain hunger, but to a lesser amount, and reduce peristalsis so that gastric emptying is slowed so here it comes the main satiating effects of the drug). Otherwise, ozempic and generally speaking all the GLP1 receptor agonists (and newer dual GLP1-GIP receptor agonists, that is tirzepatide as far as now) are great in treating type 2 diabetes, given that in the latter there is a lack of incretinic response, and GLP1 receptor agonists exert their "euglycemic" effect, that's quite different from the hypoglycemic effect of other drugs/hormones (insulin, sulphonylureas, etc...), by this way.
However given the delicacy of the situation, and I want to stress out that diabetic ketoacidosis (or more probably hyperglycemic hyperosmolar state, given that in type 2 diabetes it's far more common) it's life treating and you need to address the situation in conjunction with your GP/specialists, in this case there is no place to make things "work" by suggestions on a forum or friends advice. You need to approach both binge eating disorder and diabetes in the proper place and with the right people, I'm not discrediting people like us here but it's dangerous, literally life treating, trying to solve the situation by talking here. Talk openly with your GP and address the problems. Take care of yourself.

I have been on 60mg of Vyvannce for a few years now and at first it curbed my appetite but was short lived. Now when I eat high sugar I believe it increases my craving for sugar. I have no actual evidence for that claim but have a strong hunch. I share your struggle and it is very real. I am trying Semiglutide and have used Ozempic and it really does help me. I suggest to try several different types of medications like the above mentioned because each one works differently on people and you might find the one that really does it for you. For me I need to start drinking a shit load of water and taking a fiber supplement because it helps. I have found with the Ozempic that it gives me a choice when it comes to junk food. Good luck man I feel your pain.
