Bioidentical Hormone Replacement

Did any of you guys try bioidentical hormone replacement before you started using steroids? I was thinking of trying this before I crossed over. It'll be under the care of a physician with lab work and weekly injections of Testosterone. The Dr. has talked me into this treatment and pretty much guaranteed close results to synthetic steroids. What's your opinion on this?

It's all the same. The words "bioidentical" is a gimmick.

Google how testosterone is made man, it all comes from the same place. The only difference is your paying the price in dollars.

Yes, I fell for the bioidentical gimmick.

there are hormones that are not always bioidentical, like some estradiol and progesterone.

its more of a thing for the ladies

So basicly it worked for you. You're just complaining about the cost? Compared to a 12 week cycle. He's charging me $240 for twelve weeks.

Yes it worked, just the same as any other testosterone. It is no different than this thing they call " synthetic testosterone" they are the EXACT same thing. Bio- identical hormone is a fancy name they put on it to trick people.

12 week cycle for 240$ is out highway robbery. You can get the exact same results for 70$

Honestly though, you posted not that long ago that you had high 800+ natural test levels at 48 years old nonetheless. I don't get the need for you to want be on trt? Why put yourself through it for no reason? Guys use trt to get to where you are at naturally so it makes this dr you are seeing very suspect.

@Roger rabbit is polite. It's bullshit. Expensive bullshit. Did he tell you that your stress levels are wrong bla bla and then list a bunch of supplements too?

And yeah, I fell for it too, but then I did my research.

If his number is 800+ then it's for sure not trt.

If you op wants to run a cycle then run a cycle but don't run 12 weeks for 240$ and does this even include pct? Or you going to do for life?

Agree 100% that this doctor seems suspect for real.

He said he wants to do blood work, because he thinks it's almost impossible for me to have a 800 level at age 48. He's even seen my previous lab work and still disagreed with it. I trust the Dr. I cycle with him on weekly basis, and we've been discussing it. I understand it's more expensive, but even after reading and trying educate myself on steroids, I'm basically scared shitless. I'm just getting confused on all the different options.. HCG-PCT, Etc, and I don't know a single person that's using steroids to help me one on one. My original plan was to do 400 Test- 400 EQ-, but don't understand what to order for HCG and PCT. It seems like every article, video says something different. If I had someone make me grocery list It'd be much easier for me.

How can the doctor disagree with previous lab work? Did you tell him to do some lab work then?

He honestly is very suspect. Tell him you want him to pull your blood then. See what it comes back at.

Then post those results here.

He's doing blood work on Monday.

And you'll be charged for the bloodwork, right? Nice "friend" you got there.

Ask him what's his comment on the "bioidentical" testosterone still having un-natural carbon isotope ratios?

My health insurance will pay for blood work. No deductible.

Look, your own words here:
"He said he wants to do blood work, because he thinks it's almost impossible for me to have a 800 level at age 48."

It's NOT impossible at all - we're all different, I've talked to guys who've never cycled with the blood work to show natty test at 1,600. And they weren't in their 20s. You might be blessed with genes that give you 800 at your age - in which case us other old guys hate you (a little).

What is quite possible is the doc getting afraid of losing a paying customer. :)

Plan A - do nothing, enjoy your 800 and come back in 10 years or when it drops below 400

Plan B - corollary to A above, do more homework, work your ass off in the gym, eat and sleep right, and after 2 years or so, if you feel compelled, start cycling

Plan C - manipulate your natty levels to create misleading blood work that'll let doc prescribe test (and it has to be injectable, done by you, at home) - e.g. don't sleep for 24 hours or so, drink loads of coffee and full sugar Coke before getting bloods done - but since you're at 800, might need to be more extreme, take steroids to shut yourself down, many ways to skin that cat, some depend on how sophisticated your doc is (not much from what I see)

Do annual blood panels in all scenarios.

That's how I'd think about it.

Go to facebook....look up a guy named Nelson Vergel...pm him for trt info.
Then go to Defy Medical...they do trt and bloods online and over the phone.
Another site to lookup is excelmale.
It will provide accurate info on all your questions regarding hcg pct clomid etc.
You wont find ANY bad info or bs.
Micheal Scally articles are featured quite a bit there also.
