The Dr. said he's more concern about the 6.9 than the 462. He wants to get it up around 20

What's your experience with stomach fat? Most that I read says I need to be around 4k calories a day, but that seems to be killing me.
Haven't posted in a while. Been on 200mg TRT for about 80 days now. My Testosterone was at 462. Free Testosterone 6.9. My 6 week blood test was: Testosterone 924. Free Testosterone 23.03. I weighed 219 from the start and today I'm 234. Overall I'm not really happy on my looks. I've added about 50lbs to my bench pressing and leg workouts and about 10lbs such as curling, etc. I've seemed to gain some fat in the stomach area so I cut back on the calories a bit, and added a Five mile daily walk in my routine about 2 weeks ago. I was 233 two weeks ago, and I've gained a pound since then. I feel like I'm eating a very healthy diet and meeting my daily protein levels, but my stomach seems to keep more and more fat. The Doc said not to worry and that it'll go away eventually. Also said a lot of of is water retention. What's your experience with stomach fat? No I'm not. All I'm doing is 200 mg Testosterone weekly from my Dr. I'm getting my 90 day blood work done next week, and I think I'm going to get out from underneath my Dr. after that and go on my own. This was my first time ever doing Testosterone, and I was a little scared to do it on my own.Are you taking an anti estrogen?

I'm burning over 4k calories in one bike ride, which I do on average of four times a week. Plus I'm putting in my 10,000 steps that equals 5 miles everyday, and working out almost everyday.
I take it you're not a cyclist. Yes cyclist burn upwards of 1000 calories per hour. Our average was actually 17 mph on this ride but I failed to turn off my auto stop on my computer on this ride. There is a 0% chance you burned that many calories on that ride. Don't go off of that number.
I am a cyclist. You don't burn that many calories at that speed and elevation change. Most apps way overestimate. 17 mph is not fast and if you are in a group you are drafting and making it easier.I take it you're not a cyclist. Yes cyclist burn upwards of 1000 calories per hour. So basicly it worked for you. You're just complaining about the cost? Compared to a 12 week cycle. He's charging me $240 for twelve weeks.

It's not even the town I live in. If our government has the man power to come arrest me just for talking about itNot really sure I would have posted a picture of my exact route and starting point which I assume is your house.... on a site talking about illegal substances... but hey, that’s just me I suppose.. lol.
I just had my 90 day blood work. I was at 40.2 Estrogen. My chart showed high range is at 40. I'm .2 above, but the Dr said it wasn't high enough to worry yet. By the way my Testosterone was 724, which is about 200 points lower than my 6 weeks blood test. My Test free dropped by two points also down to 20.Are you taking an anti estrogen?
It's not even the town I live in. If our government has the man power to come arrest me just for talking about it [emoji4] I'd be willing to stay a night in jail so I could make the paper that I was arrested for discussing steroids. Hell. We had three cops dealing steroids here, and they didn't even arrest them and let them resign before they were fired. They can easily obtain our IP addresses from this site if they really want to come after us.
This is a little example how many calories I'm burning in one group ride. I'm burning over 4k calories in one bike ride, which I do on average of four times a week. Plus I'm putting in my 10,000 steps that equals 5 miles everyday, and working out almost everyday. That's why I've been trying to eat 4000 calories a day. View attachment 86725
